what's the difference between a Ditto found in a friend safari than the dittos found at Pokemon village?

Hidden ability (not that it matters in this case...) and supposedly Pokémon in the Friend Safari have at least 2 perfect IVs. Friend Safaris are also more convenient to access than Pokémon Village.

that's not quite true as long as u use the move after an opponent you gain the move you don't need to gain exp to keep the move esp since u can use it on your own poke's

At what time do you usually play?

Ditto is the pokemon in your third slot which can't be found if you aren't online.

(or maybe it can but I just had a bad luck..)

Smeargle makes it easier to 'chain breed' certain moves onto the child pokemon (or otherwise set up the chain) that would be a real pain to do normally.

As a quick example, if you want a Mawile with the move 'Metal Burst' you need to use a Smeargle.

For the friend safari, the friend needs to be online to 'unlock' the 3rd slot, but once it's unlocked you can find the pokemon at any time.

Congrats, is the chance 1/31 to have 31 IV in the random stat?

Are you also using Joltik/Galvantula to set up sticky web? I've seen mostly Smeargle set up hazards on youtube.

Been breeding 31/31/31/31/x/31 and 31/31/x/31/31/31 Noibats to get 31/x/31/31/31/31, put them in at lv1, they're lv38 now. In the next pokemon game, I hope Gamefreak gives us an option to mass release unwanted pokemon, doing each and every one takes too long.
