Watched the raw. As I said before, I warned others to don't expect too much. Some people seem to on board this series under the impression that Sakura Trick will save "hard" yuri anime from from extinction. I don't think it's quite there yet. This is clearly a 4-koma adaptation but ecchier than Kirara usual standard, however, it's still essentially gag comedy first, yuri second.

With my limited knowledge of Japanese. I enjoy Haruka's character. Unlike many other pervert lesbians in anime like say Railgun's Kuroko for example, Haruka is a yuri pervert yet still quite innocent in the way she's expressing it without making her antics downright lustful. At first glance, you could've mistaken her for any other sweet naive main girl found in other Schoolgirl SoL Series. I like how balanced it is, while she's not constantly aggressive on Yuu but dares enough to snatch the opportunity when it comes up.

I will wait till sub to give more review.

Wonder if its just the main pair that's yuri, or if everyone in the school is yuri.

I actually like the Yuzu pair more, they seem more grounded and natural. I felt bad for them waiting for their yakisoba.

Not bad, not bad at all.

I quite like the dynamics in the main cast so far. While they are all archetypes I've seen before, the actual implementation of them is pretty good, so I can't really complain. The kissing was nice, though they did linger a little long for my taste. I didn't really like the fanservice, but it wasn't too over the top. The humour and cute dynamics are saving the show so far, so I'll see how it progresses. You don't get gravity-defying lesbians every season, after all.

A solid 7/10 for me, because it has a decent cast and enjoyable atmosphere.

After having watched it, the entire episode reminded me of SHAFT's style of slice of life ala Baka to Test!. Was SHAFT part of the animation team in this series?

I think people know that this is a SOL show - not a heavy drama or a romantic show......No one asking for a "hard" yuri anime, really. All people want to see is the anime where the cute girls actually kiss each other. So far, it delivered. It met people expectation. I meant, when was the last time we see girls kissing in anime???

That's why people are worshipping on this show.

Right. I just want to make it clear to people who think otherwise before the sub, but I guess it's too late for that.

Nothing much more to add btw. IMO, Haruka is a very refreshing lead girl for this type of genre. Good combination of sweet innocent and pervert. She's pervert yes, but not lustful, and she's quite sneaky and opportunistic about it. Most anime lesbians are:

1. Open about it and constantly lusting over their target of affection.

2. Closet about it and faint from excessive delusion/nosebleed.

Haruka is neither which makes her stand out.

Director is one of Shinbo's apprentices. Plus DEEN is BFFs with SHAFT.

Not expecting anything from this show. This genre needs more compelling story-lines and good characters to pull it from the ditch - meaning, GET TO WORK ON THE GIRLFRIENDS ADAPTION SLACKERS !! No, honestly, there needs to be more diversity in yuri shows.
