Pretty sure most home front military bases have barracks that have military personal's family living there.
Plus if a naval base there usually non combat stuff that do repair and maintenance and they and their families usually live in or near a military base.

Look at Kitsap Naval Base in google maps there a whole town next to the Naval base there also Seattle about 15 to 20 Km from that Naval Base

Not Really, US Armed Forces are NOT the standar among armed forces and even US have classifications, say on WW2 Manhattan project where they developed little boy, following hidrogen bomb, pennsilvania project, places as skunk works origibally started, area 51 is among famous secrecy sites wich miles around any civilian are forbbiden, another example could be Israely bases on Neguev desert, I think according the author scenario clean wars comes reinforced policy on MKnR.

About Japan forcing GAA I think they go for it right now, cuz they asking end of hostilities deal, thats why GAA acuse Japan on atomic attack, maybe buying time till they can for it, otherwise International community will made pressure to end agressions could made unstable the region.

EDIT: just in case, clean wars policy is adopted by many countries in the way they fight, things as personal mines, dirty bombs, collateral damages on civilians or basic infraestructure as hospitals are not considered despicable and most probably gain full international censorship and blockade, even joint military actions, all the cases comes from civilian population from Countries citizens, not likely their army or politics.

Dreyakis once registered to that side story before deciding to translate the main story instead.
With all web novel material published, the pace will definitely slow down.

After 12 volumes, I think the point has been made. I prefer when its done through actions, which admittingly, is much easier for Tatsuya. Still, it gets grating since my memory doesn't reset every volume so I don't really need any reminder.
