Like the topic states, how to watch Yahoo! Anime? It requires Japan IP. I tried http tunneling and it didn't work.

It's not just your browser that you need to proxy, it's the media player as well. If you have a friend in Japan who's providing proxy services for you, see if you can get him or her to install a SOCKS proxy. You can then enter this into both your browser and media player settings, or if either application doesn't support SOCKS directly you can use an app like SocksCap to "socksify" it.
