I think it is his daughter since she has vampiric urges and looks like Yukina. She also called Nagisa Aunt Nagisa. Unless Kojou has any other siblings, which could be possible, she should be his daughter. I don't read any of the material so I may or may not be right.

Then this hypothetic other sibling would also would need to be a vampire.

There's one line that bothers me (and I think a few more in the episode).
"It's just wasn't like what I'd heard..." Doesn't this seem to imply that Kojou is dead in the future? And Yukina told her daughter what her father is like, but left out certain (embarrassing) details? Quote:

BTW, when she was mentioning an indecent person, she wasn't talking about Kojou. ![]()

That said Asagi being called that made me think she was going to grow up to be a hotter and younger version of this slightly scatterbrained guy: ![]() ![]() It could also be that Kojou a bit different in her time period too. |

SO that girl is probably Himeragi and Kojou's daughter. How she calls Nagisa Aunt. How she says that Natsuki is the same as she hasn't grown. How she says that Yukina and Kojou's relationship is a bit different as if she was informed by someone *her parents* about their relationship. Finally she calls Asagi Doc and Asagi has a bright future so that' probably what she would become in the future.
But getting turned on because of a girl, that's so like Kojou-kun's daughter ![]() |

Anyway, this was interesting, except that I still hear Nyaruko every time I hear Kana Asumi do a role, these days, and it's driving me nuts.

It's Connect's first show, but in theory, they should be capable of much better. To expand, Silver Link basically hired away two J.C. Staff production lines wholesale, so they have a well-oiled machine (with solid animator connections and way more experience than the new group managing Sakurasou/Railgun S/Witch Craft Works) in place. We can only assume that Warner hired them for this reason.

Even though I got spoiled about this girl's identity earlier this week, anyone who still thinks this is not the daughter of Koujou and Yukina are either not paying attention, or in heavy denial that these two will get married and have a child. Seriously, all the clues she gave us indicate specifically in that direction:
- Looks exactly like Yukina, but with blue eyes and slightly bigger bust size - Has the same immortality curse and vampire powers as Koujou, down to getting nosebleeds when she gets too excited (not yet sure if that's sexually or in general) - Has the same weapon as Yukina, but gold-colored rather than silver - Can summon a monster similar to Koujou's - Has Himeragi as her maiden name - Knows Yukina's personality very well, probably better than anyone else - Leaves various clues that she's from the future - Calls Nagisa her aunt (probably the biggest clue of them all). I'm not sure if we get to see why she's there, and what that dragon wants (though I can take a wild guess about the latter, seeing as how it stabbed the Yukiina lookalike in the chest without hesitation, not to mention that the girl seemed to know it was after her mother). And I think this story is heavily inspired by the Terminator franchise, given the many references to it.

I think this dragon may be a reaction to whatever spell this new girl used to travel back in time. |

So Kojou and Yukina will finally stop avoiding the issue and get together in the future. Not that anyone should be surprised.
Oh time travel plots, why can't you ever be not stupid? Seriously Kojou how dense can you be? First you can't answer a simple question correctly then it takes you great pains to partially see through the "disguise". I mean show was barely trying to hide it. Sorry Reina you can't call someone unreasonable for not wanting to listen to you, when the first thing you do is attack them. I mean, what was even the point? Is that some kind of teenage rebellion thing? Yeah the "leaving" plot just doesn't work here, especially since with one episode left we know it's going to get warped up very quickly. This is kinda weak way to end a series, but I guess the nature of the adaptation doesn't allow for a grand finale. |
