This new chapter doesn't seem pretty.

Kurome's messed up upbringing came back full force this chapter. Not really sure what Wave can do,

Hmmm... I don't see why he needed an army or something to do that. Honestly that's kinda of disappointing for the build up it got.

Wrong. His goal was to change the Empire from the inside by climbing up ranks. His other option was to join the Revolutionaries and destroy it. Killing the clown was but something he didn't even bear in mind, until Wild Hunt appeared.

What do you guys think the chances of Wave dying are? He's my favorite character out of all of them and I think that if he is going to die, it's going to be by the hands of Tatsumi.

Yeah, but that was because of what happened to his Class which most likely was the doing of Champ.

Climbing up ranks for what? His main goal was to kill the Clown, it's pretty obvious in his backstory. Nothing more, nothing less.

Yeah, the feel I got from Ran was that his 'official' goal that he told people was to change the empire, but the 'true' goal in his heart was to kill the clown.

You heartless bitch!: Additional Spoilers: Spoiler for Hilarious Slut.: Lan and Kurome go up against the Clown, the Idol, and the Pirate. Lan is wounded pretty badly but finishes off the clown. The idol goes over to Lan so she could do her rape thing but she gets sniped by Mein, and the pirate is ambushed by Akame. Akame's surprised that the Jaegers were also after Wild Hunt and Kurome copies what Wave says about hunting down all those who disturb the peace, so it looks like a fight is going to happen, but Lan uses the last of his strength to get Kurome out of there. And I guess Cosmina is dead? Didn't see that one coming due to her apparent backstory. I don't really care about Enshin, he was the least interesting of the Group anyway. Champ had it coming and thank god he is gone.

I wasn't born into this world to die like that. If I'm going to die, I want to die fighting, just like how all my friends did.' So I'm guessing one of the root causes for her current issues is the fact that all her comrades/friends had already died in battle?
