Guess that's just the magic of a comic about a super-powered octopus, is all!
But yeah, things certainly have taken an interesting turn. What started out as Koro-sensei being framed for panty theft turned out to be a trap set up by Itona and his guardian.... though maybe octo-sensei won't have as much trouble this time around since it looks like his enemies didn't bring any water to weaken him this time.

Spoiler for AC 83:
I have the feeling that the clothes are anti sensei fabric to prevent him to move freely. But seriously, Itano should just give up for killing the Koro-sensei. I am pretty sure that he is in suppressed form all the time and really dont want to piss him off.

Spoiler for raw:
yeah i too think the clothes are antifabric but it will be useless if they didnt plant anti sensei mines in the ground since he can dig really fast too as shown in the earlier chs. I wonder if the enemy's tentacles are not affected by plastic since he seems to use anti sensei armor+weapon on the tentacles.Or maybe the inside is made with a different material
And once again, ITONA FAIL. But boy, did Koro-sensei totally wreck him this time! It's also nice to see him once again show off the power that's capable of destroying the planet (though I still highly doubt he actually intends to blow it up)....
Well, things have taken an interesting turn here! Continuing from last chapter, Itona is still in pain from his previous fight with Koro-sensei. He goes on a rampage, destroying cell phone shops for some reason (not clear why he's doing this.... gotta wait for the translation). However, it seems Koro-sensei is determined to make peace with him as a student. As he and the rest of his class try reaching out to him..... they're suddenly attacked by an unknown party! It turns out they're people led by Shiro, who proceed to attack with gas bombs and bullets made of anti-sensei material! He then has Itona captured in a net, and seems to intend to lead the teacher into a trap. Nonetheless, Class E is determined to rescue Itona...!!!
Well, it looks like this may mark Itona's change into one of the "good" guys, then. I'm also wondering if Shiro will be unmasked in this arc, as well? He already lifted his mask slightly during a scene in this chapter where he's drinking tea. Could he be another super-creature like Koro-sensei and Itona....?

it is only my speculation since i dont read moon runes
Spoiler for raw+speculation:
i think he is attacking cells cause to avoid him deserting them like sensei did they planted some sort of chip in his head and whenever he doesnt do what he is requested it starts ringing. Kinda like the dog experiment with the whistle to make an easy exemple since not very good at writing in english
This was a cool chapter! Basically, Koro-sensei has trouble rescuing Itona due to the anti-sensei weaponry at first, so it's up to the rest of the class to take out Shiro's men. They're finally successful in rescuing Itona, and Shiro is forced to surrender and escape. However..... if I'm interpreting things correctly, Itona will only have 2-3 days left to live without receiving treatment for his out-of-control tentacles. We also get some brief flashbacks of his life from before he first met Shiro, as well as when he first encountered the mystery man (from what I could gather, it looked like he was a homeless kid who hung out with the wrong crowd, and Shiro offered to experiment on him to make him stronger). Back in the present, as class E deliberate on how to help Itona, it's Terasaka and his gang who immediately decide to take action....
Very interesting chapter, indeed. Nice that we're starting to learn more of Itona's past. Kinda surprised that it's Terasaka who's making the first move to help him, though. What would a bully know about how to save a tentacle kid from the brink of death!?

This was another interesting chapter. Basically, Terasaka hangs out with Itona and gives him a pep talk, which calms down the superhuman student when he's about to go berserk again. It then seems that Koro-sensei offers to remove the boy's tentacles, and now....

Itona, being the son of an electronics factory owner, knows his engineering. He shows that off by building a remote-controlled armored car to hopefully kill Koro-sensei with. His general demeanor now mostly slots him in as the cool, scarily competent geeky kid as he warms up to the rest of Class E.
While in a meeting with the teachers, Koro-sensei proclaims that the game has changed, because newly inducted in his class is a person who actually knows his weakness: A heart roughly positioned near the moon on his necktie.
Shiro is talking with the Defense minister (Karasuma's boss), saying the same thing. I don't remember the manga showing this connection before, so we can start betting on who Shiro is underneath the mask. I'm guessing it's Daddy Asano. Karasuma and Irina have been shown along with Shiro before, so it's not them.
Anyway, Shiro doesn't seem to mind losing Itona, because he claims to be more interested in using "an even bigger monster than Itona" in Class E, while the manga very unsubtly shows a frame with Nagisa in the front.
I'm unsure about Shiro being Asano. Particularly because the principal never showed any prior indication of wanting to kill Koro-sensei. He's pretty much obsessed with the whole caste system he has going on with his school.....
As far as Itona goes, it looks like he can be quite deadly without his tentacles after all! I mean, if he can build friggin' mini-tanks, then what's stopping him from creating anti-sensei weapons for the whole class!?
....I'm kinda hoping that Nagisa doesn't get the tentacle treatment, but I guess the story WOULD go in that direction, wouldn't it?
Also, as far as the raw for 89 goes:
Spoiler for AC 89:
Looks like this one is about the class getting code names for themselves. They basically have a bunch of goofy ones, naturally. My favorite was Nagisa's, which is simply..... "Gender". Aside from that, I think Terasaka was called "Takaoka lookalike", and that sniper girl was referred to as "Tsundere Sniper", lol. There's also a kid who has the cool code name of "Justice". Though, I sorta doubt those code names will be all that useful in future assassination attempts, heh.....
Came across some Chinese scans for the next chapter:
Spoiler for AC 90:
Chapter starts with the Asanos meeting up and hatching up yet another scheme. The rest of the chapter mainly focuses on that kid with the black hair (forgot his name, sorry), who's working as a waiter in a restaurant. About midway through the chapter, the student council (naturally led by Asano Jr.) barges into the restaurant and apparently call out that kid. After the kid talks with his classmates, we go back to the student council. It looks like Asano Jr. brought some new friends with him this time..... a group of 4 big scary-looking thugs from various parts of the globe (looks like those guys are American, French, Korean, and Brazilian/Portuguese respectively, judging from the dialogue balloons). And so, the new conflict begins.....
