She performed universe scale level of reality warping and destruction, that's all that matters. I'm not discussing whether someone's existence was removed or added in the new one, or if people were different altogether or not, that has nothing to do with it.
If anyone does something rewrite the universe in better ways, it has nothing to do with

No, the setting changed. There was a time when earth wasn't anymore. Unless I'm mistaken that's in the realm of setting there. One of her option is the void where literally nothing existed.

Sarcasm aside, no, I disagree. That guy was another character altogether that just thought he was Kamijou Touma and that everyone else recognizes as such. So yeah, he is a new character.
