--------------------------------- @Auxilism: Well, it is slightly more visible I'd prefer it to be a bit more visible than that, but if this is enough for you then go ahead. @blaze0041: I see, I've never seen font like that before. I don't think it's a good idea to brush the white in the BG like that, though since it blocks the BG too much. Now that I think of it, you can go with the white stroke as in your draftC r6 and when the text edits are final, rasterize (right click on the text layer and choose "rasterize type") the text layer (so the text is rendered as an image). After that, you can erase (or maybe soften) the sparkles around it. It can be quite a work for sure since they're everywhere but you only need to erase the most visible ones IMO. @Krytonis: way to go to nail both of your banners in 1 try! they're looking great. As for your 2nd banner I think the first "darker" option is the best among the three. Sorry for the late replies... I've been quite busy these days.

All three versions of second banner are excessively bright in the part between the character and the text, I suppose it's a sun. In the original version you linked, the colour is much more faded out, you should consistently reduce the sun's brightness because as it is the colour is very clashing with its surroundings when tested at the top of the forums (in addition it's too strong for the eyes).

For this revision, adding a vector mask did the trick quite nicely, I think. I still like r7 a little more though. DraftC r8: Reinstated text stroke. Preview: Beige | Blue DraftB r3: Changed secondary text font and gradient, reduced opacity of BG and side transitions. Preview: Beige | Blue

As suggested in the post above try to darken up some areas, whereas just decreasing brightness isn't enough.

Both of your latest revision look better. the text workaround looks nice, and I'd really go for that version if I were you (although if possible, lower the thickness of the stroke). But it's up to you if you prefer the previous one. The Ritsu one also looks nice with the new fonts and alternating color. on overall I think they're good to go as they are now.

Did everybody submit their entries? This time the deadline is for real.
Now allow us a few days to give the entries a last check, prepare the poll and then start the voting phase.
