I read one specific chapter ahead of the translated, and what that chapter said means there's a minor error in the above.

Green ---> Restores things to a previous state. Was made to fix broken plates and the like, with a secondary healing effect added as an afterthought. Thus it has difficulty healing things like sickness.

Maybe they are all in different colors so it's easier for him to use them quickly.

Well the main point is Chiitrans2, just open it and pick your translation source and enable clipboard monitoring to automatically translate whatever text you copy. Chiitrans2 will automatically use Mecab and Atlas if you have them installed, but it come pre-configured to use web based Machine TL which you can enable/disable on the option.

Autohotkey is optional, I only use it because I'm too lazy to click ctrl+c every single line.

Just play around the option menu
