I think they want to mix heroines arcs in the main route. I doubt they will try to cramp everything in 13 eps.

suddenly... the anime took dark turn...
another abnormality finally spotted in Michiru... dual personality seems mysterious but it's a common problem
the talk about death gave me chill though
and when Nyanmel died, I think something scary is going to happen in next episode

so in this anime, the first girl that kissed Yuuji is Michiru, eh? good job!

Yes indeed, hit home for me too.

Overall a pretty interesting ep in providing a bit more focus into Michiru. Split personality eh? Poor girl....I would have been surprised too.

Her musing about what happens after death not being all that bad and the moon being like an extra strong reminder of feeling as if she were imprisoned in a box was also quite sad, though. Man. Seems everyone in the Academy has their share of difficulties indeed....

I like how she's has a fake tsundere thing which is almost a dual personality kind of thing, but she has a real actual dual personality thing under that.

I teared up a bit(or a Lot....) at the cat scene.
not for the scene itself, but I also had my cat dying in my arms last month.

These scenes were pretty sad in the VN, but the anime was able to go the extra mile and making them even worse.

Poor Meowmel, they made him so adorable in the anime... what a sad way to go. I don't even like Michiru that much, but I know what it's like to say goodbye to a pet that way and I don't wish it on anyone.

(On an unrelated note, it's still annoying how the studio finds the time to sneak in a panty shot at every possible opportunity... that and the fact that Makina's pose seems to be stuck in emulating her VN sprite, which is pretty awkward when everyone else's moving and doing things... and she's just stuck like that)

Otherwise,I found the episode to be moderately enjoyable as I haven't played Michiru's route and I saw most of this episode as an anime-only viewer but hearing that they'll plan to adapt all routes in just 13 eps is truly sad - it's basically the worst thing that could happen. There go my hopes that the anime might've been better than the VN in that it would've shorten the very long common route and fix some of the VN's pacing issues. This makes me never want to complain about length and excessive characterization again,as that's infinitely better than something so rushed. You just can't have an extremely character driven story by giving the characters so little characterization.

It'll probably still be a decent anime but it could've been a very good one,especially after getting 3 promising episodes.

That was quite a shift in tone. So Michiru seems to have a split personality. Her talk about death was sorta sad. Also poor Meowmel

This is what i had said before, this anime goes from darker (ending of ep 1) to ecchi and with a lot of gags in the next episodes, to then return to the dark side at the end of another chapter...if it keeps going like this then i wont be able to enjoy it too much since i will be with the doubt of if it will be all funny, or heartless and dark
Just hope that in the next chap the mood keeps like the end of this chap and dont return to how it was before, or it will make that scene meaningless

About the chapter, i prefer the green eyed michiru than the bad try of tsundere of the blue eyed one
