This is unbelievable. Is this also published in Japan like Freezing was or something? I really can't comprehend that Japanese studios are finally running out of content to adapt that they'd start pulling Chinese licenses.

Anyways, the first couple chapters of this manga were so full of blatant ripoffs that I almost dismissed it. However, after the plot starts to develop it actually has some pretty interesting developments and the characters also grew a lot more interesting. The scanlations seem to have stalled forever so I'm actually pretty excited for the anime.

If they're adapting manhua, I'd rather see 1/2 Prince...

PV is on Chinese. I wonder, will we get Japanese version soon?

Kana Hanazawa is voicing the heroine during the Japanese version for the PV. See it now.

I don't care about what anyone else says, but I really like the idea of seeing the Japanese anime industry caring about animating things from other Asian countries. Sure the animation doesn't seem as great as I hoped to be and there's rarely any anime-like Asian series that had animation as good as most Japanese ones, but I found it to be a refreshing approach. I definitively had hopes to look out for this one.

I remember reading this a long time ago and forgot it even existed. IIRC the MC is something you would normally see from Dal-Young i.e weak and whiny so maybe he left an impression on others before he left Korea...

If you think all the Im-Dal Yongs protags are like this, than you haven't read most of his mangas and manhwas.

Speaking of him. I want UxU anime so bad.

I've glanced at them all even the newest ones and there's only one or two that's an exception. One being the aforementioned UxU which will never be animated, barely though since toward the end he wimped out and the other is Aflame Inferno...

I heard there are more. But I read only 4 of his works.

And UxU was planned for anime adaptation but manhwa gone on a long-term hiatus and they canceled the project.

Yeah, that's why the Chinese keeps buying Japanese electronic products, or the Japanese keeps making "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" stories/games right?

All countries in East Asia hate each other, but they still buy each others' books and movies. It seems to only be a problem with rightwing light novels like Mahouka, which understandably put the Chinese and Koreans on edge.

I honestly never expected this to happen, I remember reading the manhwa online
years ago before the scans were pulled down. I thought either the story was cancelled
or never to be seen outside Korea again.

But a anime?!

Must be jumping onboard the monster girl hype train with animal theme based cybergirls.

It's actually written/drawn by someone from China. Forgot the name at the moment.

Wow that's surprising. The story was generic superpower war stuff with barely any character development, but I really liked the art (and girls). Should be a visual feast.
