The mc is basically a god now, his stats are pointless. The only thing left is to wait for him to reveal his true face to the world to see how everyone from his wifes to his classmates react and to see how he compares to the god that sent him to this world.

MC has hid his face since the end of the first dungeon. Dungeon creator gave him a helmet. Serria should know his face, but as a gorilla her memory for.human faces may be bad

No Altria is a girl who is older than the MC(I think she like 18 or 19), in Japan '-san' is sometimes used to address those older than you.

The one who 'suggested' hiding his face was actually the dungeon sheep. The MC totally rejected the idea at first but when the sheep brought up the point that if they found out that he's very strong, all the kingdoms will be after him for his strength. (They don't want that do they? After all its a new couple's honeymoon time XD)

I have a feeling the sheep actually has other motives other than that. Not letting the world know about his strength means that they plan to have something much more bigger for him.

Yeah, he spent around 5~ months in the forest.

There was that time skip when he was doing the first portion of them and gaining the resistances by bottom feeding on poisonous plants in the forest. That was when his species changed to Trash Can Human.

Most of the PoV shifts happened mid chapter and were super short, so there's very little detail on what the others were doing.

Those are the falsified stats that other people see when they analyze the MC/Saria.

The MCs stats are falsified using the True Ability Concealment ability he got from Zeanous, after he levels up a bit he has the ability to alter them somewhat freely. In his current level 15 state he appears to be a level 15 with roughly 100 in all his stats.

Sarias I think were an additional effect of the size adjusting clothes she got as a reward for clearing the dungeon from the butler sheep. Her species appears as a typical beast race like a cat girl/dog girl type beast race even though her race is a full gorilla. Her level appears as 7 instead of 775 with 30-50 in all stats.
