As far as the shipping is concerned, yes, I am. Bring it on! Seriously though, it's not like it's unfounded. They do seem to get along pretty well. (Or is it that I think so because I want them to?) I'm no longer sure...

He's acting like he always does because if he doesn't, he'd be a different person.
I do not like anime (Or any medium, for that matter.) where a character's mentality changes abruptly to facilitate the story.
It is just his way of responding to a situation. Don't you think that if he gets mature all of a sudden and acts like a knight in shining armour, he would be out of character?

From another point of view, Tarou's too self-immersed in himself that he doesn't get affected even though everyone else in the company disses him, or he knows that everyone disses him, and he continues to do like he always does.

In a way, that guy deserves some respect.

wonderful episode. Specially liked and and felt weird about it. Specially the plane acting like eva and start shooting pew pew and blast the enemy away.

Like the sentimentality of the old animators or the value of old people itself. Life time experience. It always beats experience.

The part where the the final episode in editing froze. I was also HUH! lol. few hours last minute editing.

What does shirobako mean?

is it the title of exodus 13 because Miyamori said Shirobako or white box as subbed.

what does shirobako connects to the story or meaning of the title.
