Izayoi had help from other people, but he was the one to deal the finishing blow.

Azi Dakaha can get the characteristics/power of any of his opponent and opponent's weapons except humans and human related opponents/weapons.
In other words, if you gather right around him a lot of different very powerful races to fight him, you're only making it worse. as he'll be able to counter every single attack by returning it, and on top of this use the characteristics of the attack of one race against another race vulnerable to it if it works better than his own attacks.
That's why while the other destroyed azi dakaha defenses by repeating attacks , the final blow need to be done by a human to go through.

What does 'sneaker bunko' even mean?

bunko ->book collection/paperback book.
book edition publishing novels or light novels in small format (that size is the bunko size, or bunkoban) in japan always or almost always have this in their name. Koudansha bunko, Megami Bunko, Sneaker bunko, media works bunko, GAGAGA bunko, GA bunko and so on.
Sneaker Bunko is just the Light novel label which publishes the Mondaiji series, as well as the Suzumiya Haruhi Series for example.

I believe it was stated that he grabbed Kuro Usagi's spear thats going at about 6th cosmic velocity=speed to leave the universe and since our universe is moving faster than light (not sure but thats what I know) people has considered Izayoi has the reflexes and speed thats possible to FTL

To be a nerd about it, the universe doesn't move FTL. In fact the universe doesn't really move since we have no outside reference for it to move relatively to. :P If you mean the universe's expansion there's theories that it expanded FTL immediately after the Big Bang but that's more of a theorical abstract space-time expansion thing. So far everything indicates that light speed is the absolute limit of matter motion speed.

In the fight of vol 11 what Asuka do ? in the illustrations she look quite troubled

And Yô too what she does in the fight ? and what species she transform ?

she buff the "normal" troops of warriors trying to stop Azi, including the dragons. This bring them a lot of pain and possibly shorten their life spawn for a short but powerful buff.
The objects she usually buff using her power break very quickly, so she can pretty much understand what kind of damage her boost does.
Furthermore, since her boost is short, she is in the middle of the fight going on and boosting from there, almathea protecting her. So she's the only one around being protected while around her everyone die and die.

So yeah, she's troubled.
