About Ruth, it's something like this:
A villian who's a descendant of the villian 2000 years ago whom the Blue Knight beated the shit out of his ass appeared, kidnapped Theia (she's unconcious the whole time so she knew nothing) and intented to kidnapped Ruth. Ruth desperately call out for the Blue Knight system but they already tampered with it, luckily Koutarou used it to tracked down where Ruth was and came in time before bad thing happened. Ruth worried Koutaru might die but he just said it's ok. The villian with his so-called absoulute barrier smirked at the primitive monkey called Koutaru and thought he will solve the problem in matter of seconds. Unfortunately no matter how he shot, none hit Koutaru, instead he received severe blow to the face by Koutaru's bare hand (lol). After temporarily defeat the villian, Ruth and Koutaru went in to the ship where they imprison Theia, Ruth intented to sacrifice herself 1 vs 5 to rescue Theia, no other way out but reveal his true identity, he told Ruth to stay silent no matter what's going to happen next, then called out to Clar's ship to summon his sword ( the one he received from Araia, what's it's name again :-? )
Clar's ship: "Blue Knight sama, I - on behalf of Fortorthe - wishes you victory in battle. Ruth's clearly confused by what happened. After that Koutaru easily defeated some mere fries and rescued Theia. Then the villian appeared again with his super gundam. Koutaru: meh you leech, 2000 years and you still didn't improve. The gundam used it super gun to fried Koutaru, Ruth cried thinking he died, suddenly he appeared again and cut all the limbs of the super robot ( I can't stop using the word super here =)) lol, yes it's indeed "super" )

"Ruth, Let's go"

Carried Theia on the back, Koutarou turned to Ruth.

". . . Oh? What's wrong?"

Ruth suddenly kneel down.

"Eventhough not knowing is not guilty, but before I desecrated you many times, might you forgive me."

Ruth respectly bowed down apologize to Koutaru

"What are you doing?"

Ruth's sudden action make Koutaru speechless. Then Ruth slowly turned her head up looking at Koutaru.

Ruth?

Koutarou didn't know how to describe Ruth's expression now

Having tears welling up but overflowing with happiness. Her eyes's in tears, her cheek's red, she stared at Koutaru crying

Koutarou could only stare at the crying Ruth, but not the tears of sorrow.

"This sword, is it the real Siegelutyn ?"

Ruth still didn't answer Koutaru's question but stare at Koutaru's sword on his hip - the Siegelutyn was shining brightly. Ruth saw with her own eyes it's power so she concluded this's the real Siegelutyn.

"Ruth. . ."

Koutarou sighed gently, turn his head down looking at the sword on his hip.

so ... couldn't escape now. . .

Koutaru regreted that there's no ways to protect the secret anymore, but he thought of it since earlier so he still remained calm under Ruth's question.

"I came from family serving the royal family for a very long time, so I know it's not an artifact."

Ruth gently caressed Koutaru's sword, with gentle looking in her eyes.

Ruth explain how she doubted becaused all the armor's statistics deleted, blah blah ....

Oh BTW I now know why Ellfaria send Theia to Koutaru, it's for

Basically the armor of the Blue knight before the time travel with Clar is the real armor ( i call it present time), it's made by Elfaria - Theia's mother exclusive for Koutaru. Clar already improved it's function with their poor equipment 2000 years ago. Then after stealing Araia's heart, Koutaru irresponsibly escaped to 20 years before the present, they time-warped into Blue Knight's exclusive territory, now called sacred territories where no one could enter. There they met the young Elfaria who's an archaelogist and wanted to discover the mystery behind the legendary blue knight. Elferia felt in love instantly and want to escape with Koutaru because she didn't want to be the empress but it broke her heart almost instantly when she heard that she's Theia's mother so marrying Koutaru is a no-go. After Koutaru rescued her from assasination, she determined to follow Araia's road to protect Fortorthe and it meant abandon her first love (like Araia, damn Koutaru you sinful man) and began to create the Blue-Knight armor for future Koutaru with the statistics she took from Koutaru (because the armor he's wearing is almost broken now). It explained why the armor fits him perfectly.

I just notice but is the cover for each novel suppose to be for the girl whose going to be the main focus for the next volume? That seems odd to me.

I have a question after reading animesuki page 4 summary and that is how did Yurika act and what did she say after Koutarou give her Encyclopedia because I think it will be funny to read because to Yurika, Koutarou just handed her a powerful magic staff out of no where

And suddenly a chapter dump of the rest of volume 5 which completes the volume. I still feel bad for Yurika since everyone forgot about what happened in that day. But the last part was pretty sweet. I'm surprised though that Maki seems to still be attending school. I can't remember if she disappeared in the anime.
Lots of foreshadowing and behind the scenes happenings as well. This is only the beginning of a much larger scale of events after all. I love this development and how big it will get later on.
One thing I noticed is that Blue Knight's firepower seems to be very immense that it took all the power Maki stole just to withstand it and that's even considering that it was a long range bombardment. How much firepower will it have if the real Blue Knight gets to pilot that.

Only 2 more volumes till we pass where the anime left off.
