Not that much rushed ...
I love how they put some Ms Smith fanservice, it's pretty goo. And the three steps for Papy ... And Centorea ... *___* And the good part is the ending with more Monster girls !

So far so good. I'm loving how they are following the manga closely.
Miia and Cerea are awesome. Papi is ok (not a favorite of mine). Ms.Smith don't have those godly hot legs in the same level than in the manga, but she is still very sexy. Dammit, every time i see the ED makes me want to see a MON Spin-off series!! |

Another thing that helps Smith seem so cool is the fact she is played by the lovely husky voice and silky, self-satisfied tone of Kobayashi Yuu.
And I guess this is not as odd as I thought, but I like how in the end credits, "Smith" is not spelled with katakana syllabics like スミス sumisu to approximate the sound but with two kanji 墨須 that happen to have pronunciations that make those sounds. It makes it look like a normal Japanese name (although it isn't).

I knew she reminded me of the VA of Kazumiya Rio from Sora no Woto and Yumi from the Saki franchise. She was also the "super-maid" Tsuyoku from the past WInter's Koufuku Graffiti....

Kobayashi Yuu normally is a little more shrill in her casting, but they've really pushed the dulcet tones in this role. It really works. (And looking back over her character list, she's actually used the softer/non-maniac voices more than I thought.)
And making Smith smoking hot doesn't hurt. |
