As for the Prison School trailer, I think people were thrown off by the sound not being synced with the video. She's completely fine in the actual show.

Not sure what's wrong with her line reading here... but note that it's very likely that the lines are not taken from the finished material, they just recorded them for the sake of the trailer.

Late night anime is made by production committee. Meaning a group of media companies join together to finance an anime project. They hire a studio to animate it (although sometimes the studio is part of the committee as well) and buy the TV slot (although sometimes the broadcasting network is part of the committee too).

When we created the new Manga/LN/WN system, we only carried over those threads which had had activity within a certain time period. (I think it was activity in 2014 or later.) The thread for Dimension W didn't meet the time requirement. (Last post in the thread was August 2013.) So it was left in the archive area.

If you want to revive the manga thread, use the Report button on the first post of the manga thread to request that the manga thread be opened and moved to the current manga forum.
