Step one capture those nobles and bind them with durable metal. Step two make a giant crater. Step three throw the nobles and a lot of metal, ore, and coal into the crater. Step four use the strongest fire magic he can use and target the crater. Kills them and maybe perhaps make a decent metal alloy not that know anything about smithing.

Well, I agree though that this one seems pretty good as an anime material. Though if we were to ever have an anime of this, there would be people shouting left and right "Gary Stu! ^Naah, for Mizuki she still heed over heels for Hero Reiji... she only just stepped into the shoujo manga pattern for switching guy just now in the chapter released today...

but Mizuki fell for Reiji because she is a chuuni and adore the heroic Reiji...

I wonder what she will think when she knows that his heroism is fake and Suimei was the one who actually saved the day... fufufu~
