Since its a XianXia novel I will go as far as to say 奇兵 means Divine/Rare/Unique weapon

I believe google translate have the pronunciation in Hanyu Pinyin (Mandarin phonetics). Their Mandarin Phonetics is surprisingly top notch.

For future reference Chinese usually uses a shortcut to combine two words to mean one thing, for example

The 奇 used in the 2 words has no real usage in normal Chinese speech (or rather no one uses the word standalone usually), the usual combinations are 奇怪 (qiguai>Weird/Strange/Odd/Not normally seen(rare)/etc) or 奇迹 (qiji> Wonder/Miracle(Divine)/etc)

As for Weapon, you usually use 兵器 (bingqi)

Of course 兵 standalone means army/soldier.

But when you combine both words from 奇怪/奇迹 + 兵器 = 奇兵 (Divine/Rare/Unique Weapon)

I actually would refrain from using weird/strange/odd in such case as it would read weird if translated into english text and I believe the author would have used other Chinese characters to clearly symbolize it as well.

Chinese states it is a rank 9 martial skill, but some people on this thread said it is secret skill. Chu Feng gave it to Purple bell in Chapter 382-4 even though she wanted him to have it first.

This is referring to some people saying that Chu Feng gave a secret skill to Purple Bell, and unless I am mistaken, this was one of the occasion. Of course I have not read to Chpt 1000+ so there may have been another instance where Chu Feng gave another skill to her, but it is highly doubtful, as she doesnt appear much apparently.

Caveat, like I said, i have not read even half of it yet, so it may change in the future.
