Good couple of chapters, but they seem to be plowing through these guys pretty quickly. Tough fights, but it's going fast. I'm sure we haven't seen the last of Brandish though.

I actually really enjoyed these chapters. I can't help it if I love seeing underdogs like the Raijin Tribe and Ichiya get their moment to shine.

So 3 Spriggans down, though I doubt we have seen the last of Brandish. They went through that last guy pretty fast though.

Machine Race design was really cool, his powers made sense, but in the end he was overconfident...all in all, it was a good battle - and Ichiya made it better

the thing is there weren't any "friendship power up" at all, and Natsu barely did anything.

Lady Brandish has hay-fever -> got knocked out with a single hit

Robot man did some minor feat -> got owned because his robots were easily countered in groups

Only the sandman somewhat lost in more of a legitimate way

There's no way Brandish will ever seriously fight, because her powers are just way too absurd. All she has to do is shrink everything around her to the size of a pebble and step on it, and that's it, game over.

Also, there are still 9 more to fight, including the more interesting ones. The knight (D-something...forget her name), Aust/August, aka the guy that's an encyclopedia of spells, Serena (unless he's a double agent), etc...

There's still hype to go around.

Erza vs Demeter is still gonna happen, Brandish is not reeeeaally down for the count and there's the rest of the S12 and let's not forget about the two final bosses of the series...Badd Mann was interesting enough, he could probably win any duel - he probably hadn't met anyone flexible enough to counter his mecha army. Ajeel was definitely strong, but he lost fair and square...by the power of jupiter cannon and Erza powa!

Are you serious? You mean to tell me the way to beat that machine dude's soldiers was to just swap it up?.. Like no one could not have came up with that idea..

Ain't counting on that machine dude in losing that easily. Expecting him to rebuild himself. Hell, maybe these Spriggan 12 are just clones since they aren't living up to the hype and the magic powers imo.

B214 Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2014	Spoiler for 459: Good to see that Erza didn't win her battle against Ajeel without injury and actually needs Wendy to heal her. Brandish and her hay fever, so she lost because of Ajeel. But still she went down with a punch, got a bit of mixed emotions there. Walcht or whatever he's called has a nice ability, but it doesn't feel like it's good enough to make him look like huge threat. Just switch opponent and problem solve. I gotta wonder about Mira's weakness though. >__> Thunder God Tribe in action i wonder how long it's been since we saw them fight. And the sudden revelation, Walcht is a machine or rather machina i guess that's a type of race is it. The last page well for those looking forward to other guild intervention i guess you can be happy now or maybe not.
