I'm speculating that it might have been Gusion Remake, and then someone in the Tekkadan messed up with the spelling..

I seriously doubt it. Gundam's just bad at proper spelling. This is why we got stupid MS and MA names like the "Empruss" and the "Gundam AGE-1 Spallow."

i could have sworn they also misspelled the Clanche as 'Kranche' or 'Cranche' at some point, also the Graze as 'Glaze', the worst of all is the Shigeru Blade was also called 'Siegel Blade' back then or its actually the other way around, as for human names, Quattro Vagina.

Actually, I think the Sparrow's weapon was supposed to be called the Sigil Blade. But yeah, Gundam has always been a mess when it comes to appropriated English names. Even the great English depicted in writing on 00 wasn't exempt, because MS names could be... ugh.

According to Mark Simmons, pretty much one of the most veteren Gundam translators around (and actually worked with Bandai before), Spallow isn't based on Sparrow but is instead a demonization/addition of the word spall. The namesake being a reference to its cutting power of its special material super sharp blade, which I recall was able to cut things pretty fine at the molecular level or some such, which is also related to the meaning of the word. And considering spalling is a real physics term according to the Wikipedia article for particles that have broken apart, Spallow seems like an appropiate name for something who's job is to break apart it's enemy form using its special blade.

It also makes sense given how much the Spallow wear emphasizes that blade. The entire form is dedicated with that special blade in mind, at least I recall that was the impression from some of the manuals that elaborated it.

In regards to the 00 names, for some reason I'm personally fine with the names there strangely enough. I think it's because its consistentently been demonizing a lot of names anyways as part of its naming convention like the Greek names of the three Season 1 Gundams as well as Nadleeh. Even Seravee and Cherudim (possibly Arios too) are demonizations of their original words while Reborns is grammatically incorrect in a normal English setting.

It also helps that we can tell that some of these were attempts at making cool names from real words as opposed to not spelling them correctly out of error or ignorance, especially the Greek Gundam names. For example, I think Reborns sound a lot cooler than Reborn even if the latter is more accurate.

So I always thought them demonizing a more common English term like Empress is also fair game to something they already do a lot in the show, if only to make them sound cooler. If Empruss was the only odd one out instead of a trend, then I think I would take more issue with it.

i think pink-ish red color or just plain pink like the Mobile Worker gives him more of his own signature trait in an ocean of Red Comet wannabes which does not include Johnny Ridden,

considering the easy customization gimmick port systems of today's kits, one would try to attach as many boosters as possible to the Graze that would put the Sazabi or Nightingale to shame, & add in the Kutan Boosters to the mix as well,

thus Norba may became 'the pink cheery blossom of death' (not to be confused with that SEED Astray lady) to suit Tekkadan's flower themed naming, so as you see pink....... red-whatever, you instantly die........

They could loot the thigh thrusters off of a Schwalbe Graze.

EDIT: I just noticed the gun MS B has is the same gun as the Graze with a different barrel.

**This proves the second spoiler batch from chinese wiki is fake. Valkyrja Frame might be real but it doesn't have 2 Ahab Reactors since it has only 1 cylinder in the chest anyway.

Now we wait for the MS E and F silhouettes to be revealed to see if they are the new Hyakuren/Graze variants or something else. Barbatos new weapons will likely come in Option Set 5 or it's the 5th form and is actually MS C.

Never noticed those typos now that I do I just died laughing. Spallow makes you got what in the fuck is a spallow but sparrow sounds bad as and gives you the feeling of something meant to attack fast, swift and kill the enemy before they can react.

Macky's new suit looks good. The red color fits and makes it less like a Flag rip off.

Surprisingly no new Gundam reveals in the OP. Kinda make me wonder why use the 72 demons as the backstory for the Gundams because we have only 3 Gundam out of 72 and no side stories as all.

knowing Bandai, they will milk all 72 Gundams that people will never managed to collect all of them, maybe even more than 72 because some of the Gundams have multiple forms, the Gusion currently has two...........
