Somehow i feel there's an Overreaction over this issue since some users have pointed out the Fines are not trying to claim all Reaction videos as their own, they are only copyrighting their React style version. However, since the issue has cause an uproar that some of their videos have gotten lots of dislikes, it might be best for the Fines to just scrap the copyright thing and wait until the heat dies down where cooler heads prevail.

They even tried to bully someone as big Ellen and acting as if they had some right to anything on her show because they act as thought they somehow own this generic thing known as reacting that's been around far before YT.

Except the Fine Brothers never sued those Reaction videos. The one who did the suing were FullScreen Inc, the Fine's Parent Company, which are also Screwattack and Roosterteeth's parent company, which FullScreen Inc is under AT&T.
The Fines were misblamed for what their Parent Company did and this copyright thing only made things worse for them.

^ yeah, really lucky for the old man taxi driver. he told me only the Iran guy has the gun
and was taking charge. lucky for my little brother who was home that time that it was Bac Duong who came into my house. Mr. Duong doesn't think crazy like the Iran guy and have to kill people to move on and such. Mr Duong save the old man's life...thanks god. by asking him to drive them back while the 20 year old and the Iran man went out to tint their stolen van. the old man told me there was some reporters came by my house today to have him do some interview. and i came home today and saw his car have all these "Sheriff" stickers on it. this is something i'd never think happen to me in my life...lol. just the other days, i heard about the escape convicts, but never thought they kidnapped the the old man. in this event, my family was spare since the Iran guy didn't came into my house. he would have either kill or kidnapped my little brother as well. so anyways, I"M so glad they were caught and no body was hurt. thanks god. i'd be really sad and scare for my family life. glad nothing happens. -o-

Popular YouTubers Stop Trying To Trademark 'React,' Apologize
Well it's over. Hopefully this might stop some users from bothering the Fines. (Then again, some people are spiteful.)

^ of course not. this type of things i'd never expect at all, dawg...lol. but so glad they
were all caught, especially the Iran guy, he's nuts and scary as hell. lucky for my family that we were at work that day and didn't encountered Mr Duong although he's probably more reasonable and forgiving than if we were to meet Nayeri...that fu*ker will probably kill us off. but i won't go down without a fight to protect my family...although he'll probably overpowered me and kick my ass in the end. -o- here's the updated to the story: http://www.ocregister.com/articles/d...ri-driver.html my tenant face is on the front page...poor old man. he's freaking 74 years old already. that's some experience i don't think anyone wants to be in. :\ they did the interview yesterday at my house and it's already on the ocregistry today. that's quick. Edit: i miss read that, bro. i have a tenant staying at home and my little bro as well so my house always have someone to keep my house safe, so i don't need the police protection. little bro. was playing Counter Strike that day in his room, so he didn't saw Mr. Duong.

Young prodigy crafts an amazing analog clock that "writes" every minute of the day, no electronics involved.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pu0KgZFCTO8 It's basically an elaborate contraption carved in wood, that moves using weights and pulleys, and "writes" the current time of the day in a itchy-sketch magnet board. There's no electronics involved at all. Designed and crafted by a 22 year old young college student. That's insane.

Does that mean the Japanese government is using a character implied to be in an incestuous relationship with her brother to educate the public about voting laws?
I don't particularly care, but it's just really strange, even for Japan. |

Birds Deliberately Spread Wildfires Because Birds
Are Dicks: "Crazy news from the outback, folks. Certain birds of prey are picking up burning sticks from brush fires and dropping them in dry grass. Why? Because then all the little critters will run away from the fire and out into the open, where the birds can snatch them up. Birds are dicks! But even dicks have to eat. The birds of prey in question here—black kites and brown falcons—have apparently been doing this for ages. Both aboriginal populations in northern Australia and local firefighters say they’ve seen them do it. Aboriginal advocate Bob Gosford, who’s interviewed over a dozen firefighters about the trend, described the behavior, “Reptiles, frogs and insects rush out from the fire, and there are birds that wait in front, right at the foot of the fire, waiting to catch them.”" See: http://gizmodo.com/birds-deliberatel...e-d-1758109903 |
