Can't connect to wordpress. Please help

Just like the title, i can't connect to any wordpress site. I always receive the message err_connection_timed_out. I had tried all the solutions i found on the internet and it didn't work at all. But when i fake my ip using VPN Gate, i can connect to the wordpress sites. But i don't like to fake my ip all the time, so if anyone knows how to fix this problem, please tell me.
