She asked why to her? Tatsuya replied, because Saegusa had close relation with police. Hearing that she couldn't hide her bad mood because she need the power of her father. She then joked to Tatsuya to ask his "girlfriend" instead of her. She meant by "girlfriend" was Erika. Tatsuya replied back, "If Saegusa-senpai permitted it then I'd do so", immediately Mayumi said "Please, I beg you don't do that". Tatsuya then asked to confirm, "but the mobilization would be this night", she replied "I know, I know. I'll have it mobilized at dusk so please stop bully me anymore" (Actual lines 「分かったから！夕方までには手配するから！だからそんなにじめないで！」)

I didn't have an opportunity to read the entire context. Why did Mayumi stop Tatsuya? Is it because it is 10MC business, or did Mayumi expect a reaction from Tatsuya when she called Erika, "girl friend"?

In the way Tatsuya said, "If senpai said it's okay", was the problem. It meant the permission was given by Mayumi to contact Chiba without consulting her father or her brother.

Not really , she won some matches against him, like when she gave him bitter chocolate or there was a time Tatsuya himself admitted his defeat

Tatsuya did not dispute the claim Mayumi was making because he could
not dispute them.

The fact was that he himself was not aware of it. That he was not selfaware
was the truth.

To put it plainly, he had a bit of an inferiority complex about ordinary things.

“I concede. I do not understand my own self.”

Tatsuya bravely raised a white flag. This was not merely lip service. ‘Even though you try to understand yourself, you really can’t’ had been a bit of ancestral wisdom that had been around forever; he thought from his heart that this was the reason for his admission of defeat.

It was her nature to tease/joke a male younger than her. We already knew the fate of Hattori when he was vice president
Also, Masaki was mentally exhausted too when he asked a favor to Mayumi when asking for tourist spots in Tokyo (chapter 15)

Mayumi trolling people has always been part of her character. Tatsuya does that often too, why would it change? Realizing that she is in love with Tatsuya has nothing to do with this.

Nah, Masaki actually asked the advice about tourist spots in Tokyo. He intended to bring his sister to that kind of places since Akane will visit in to Tokyo.

But he instead directly invited to Saegusa's mansion.

Actually he just wanted the advice but there's he was been through the Virtual Date Simulation instead and he had to choose many choices. The many choices that he chose were wrong, afterward the twin came and looked at him with eyes of appraisal
So he was mentally exhausted because of that

I think she actually admired to have a little brother.

^Thanks but Virtual Date Sim? Really? i didn't expect that. I guess the game belongs to the twin not Mayumi otherwise it would be cringeworthy. While the twin were appraising him, Mayumi would internally laugh her head off. Btw, how many little brothers Mayumi wish to have? (i'm being sarcastic here)
