Explain the timeline pls...

When he was born, he probably killed everyone near him (father / mother/ medics) and destroyed some buildings. So how did he, as a baby survived?

"The SDF quickly tried to kill him", ...I would expect this 'quickly' be with less than 1 year at least, but then he 'talks' with his savior? Babys can talk? Did they take more than 10 years to go after him?

He awakened his ability on his birthday, not when he was one year old. Looking at the illustration, we can assume he is either highschool or university age. So talking with people is kind of normal~

As for the army's movement, its just like what they would do if there was a terrorist attack - neutralize the threat lol~

Well, Hentaiga explained that it was the 17th birthday and now it all makes sense.

I'm not native speaker, so if I see 'birthday' and no numbers, my thinking is 'newborn'.
