No it's not licensed. You can find the subs listed on Animesuki.com here. There's a lot of us eagerly awaiting DVD 6...

I don't like the way the website looks for Chokotto Sister(ちょこッと Sister). It's too much fanservice just in the front page >.> Coyote Ragtime Show and Project BLUE Chikyuu SOS would be the next entries I'm anticipating for the action series. For drama Shinbou Shimai Monogatari will be the one I want to watch if it's coming out in this summer. For Kemonozume,I didn't know about the famous animator/animation supervisor involved in that project because I didn't had a chance to watch any of those shows including Mind Game but still curious to find out.

As usual, I am pretty clueless about all these new shows.

Coyote Ragtime Show looks kinda interesting though.

Same, I see the potential in this one.

That being said, I had suffered immense pain figuring out what was what in the manga. Hope the anime helps.

I really can't wait for Honey and Clover II, and I love the NHK manga. Coyote Ragtime looks pretty good, but that's about it for series I'm really anticipating this season. H+CII more than makes up for it, though.

God, I hope GONZO doesn't screw NHK. It's the only anime I'm actually anticipating right now. I'll just have to hear about the others when they come out.

I've seen the art for the TV and so far, so good.

There was this website that displayed the anime shows season by season and also listed the air dates, who might be fansubbing it, etc....I can't seem to find it and I tried to google it, but I didn't get the results I wanted, if someone here has an inkling of what site I speak of, can you please post the link? I'd be rather grateful. I'm still upset I didn't bookmark it >.-

For me, the ones I'm positive I'm going to watch are:

Night Head Genesis
Chokotto Sister

And some that I will at least watch the first episode are:

Binbou Shimai Monogatari
Chevalier
Muteki Kanbanmusume

Chevalier is interesting in that there's a special that airs in July while the actual series starts in August. But it's the Victorian-esq (?) setting that irks me.

Looking into:
Binbou Shimai Monogatari
Tsuyokisu CoolxSweet
Taiyo no Mokushiroku Special - Nihon Bundan
Zero no Tsukaima
Bokura ga Ita
Muteki Kanbanmusume
Chokotto Sister
Night Head Genesis
N・H・K ni Youkoso

Boy that's a lot of series. I think I'll wait till the first fansubs come out and read the comments on them. Thinking about the fall season is scaring me even more...

^ I certainly can't wait for fall, if only for the remake of one of my favorite anime of all time: Kanon.

But that's still the following season. Next season. it goes without saying that I'd be looking forward to the romance animes...
H&C 2 (Hurrah! More love triangles!)
Tonagura (Ahh yes... the childhood friend couple show of this season. <3 )
Tsuyokisu (Another H-game based anime, hooray!)
Chokotto Sister (As one of the few manga series I still hunt out, and I
ve been dying to see it animated. Karinrin-san <3 )
Bokura ga Ita (Seeing as the manga project is on hiatus, I'd like to see how it all ends)

And these are my 'MAYBE I'll enjoy' list...
Zero no Tsukaima (Doesn't really excite me, but the plot is quirky in its own right)
Kemonozume (These Romeo and Juliet types are mostly misses than hits for me)
Binbo Shimai Monogatari (While slice-of-life is all well and good, I just hope it ain't as sleep-inducing as Binchou-tan)

The odd couple that caught my eye...
Riri to Mittsu no Fukuro to (Any anime that's awarded something is at worth checking out, if only to see if it actually deserved it)
NHK ni Youkoso (Really interesting manga, though I stopped following it when one of my favorite manga groups 'died')

summer anime calendar

This may be of most use to those who watch raws, but I've made a graphic calendar showing what anime will be on TV each day of the week this summer and at what time. Both new shows and continuing shows are included. The times given are for the first broadcast in Japan.

I've added the names of most of the main voice actors, as well as of some of the staff of most shows, and links to further info in both Japanese and English.
