Abel vs Yui and Rena's battle broadcasted live.
Citizens of the Enastoria Empire: Our Empress has a giant robot! Cool! May the Eternal Empress reign be long a prosperous! Other countries quivering in fear: WTF is going on?! Hey isn't that Abel of Rimguard which we never figured out what happened to its people? Where the hell did that technology come from? |

Episode 6
Not bad for a breather episode. We got introduction of Ryu and some background storytelling coming from her. I think it sets up well for the next few episodes. Well, mid-season now. I still don't really see the difference between the visual quality between here and the first four episodes. Hope they capture the upcoming battle well.

Well we're getting some answers at least. So the main trio of Regalia were a special bunch. Rare combat ones created to keep something very bad sealed up. Gee I wonder if the creepy kid is related to this ultimate evil at all
![]() Some good moments and a relaxing episode.

Episode 6:
For some reason, the connection between this show and the Yamata no Orochi myth is getting closer with Ryu mentioning Orochi's analogue: Ruks Ex Machina. Also, it appears that Rena has the power to use Erinius' powers to seal Ruks Ex Machina, so maybe I speculate that both Tia and Kei has it too. Anyways, looking forward for the battle against Johann next week. Come to think of it, I have a gut feeling that he's planning to revive Ruks Ex Machina later down the line. |

So the combat Regalia basically were the Avengers. They may not be able to save their civilization but they sure are to avenge it. Johann is kinda like Loki my guess he is Ruks Ex Machina. All the other Regalia either died in battle or became remnants trying to rebuild civilization. However their lives were finite even if they are long lived.
How three girls in mechs were chosen to seal the big evil n the ancient past reminds me of a certain Isekai anime. After the big final battle Sara and Tia were probably looking for Rena and Kei... For 2000 years. Then Rimguard happened. The country was probably messing with something they shouldn't have. Ruks Ex Machina was probably unsealed and he had influence over two of the Regalia thus the battle we saw between Regalia. I do wonder if Kei and Rena had partners before. |

Episode 7:
Well, I have to say that Johann is really planning to revive Ruks Ex Machina, and he's holding both Ingrid and Kei hostage because they know how to mine a new kind of energy that was found in Rimgarde 12 years ago. Still, it was an intense battle for this week's episode! |

i wonder if the girls were actually only eating the foods that were smuggled from the plane or they managed to find food that lasts long for years akin to an emergency ration in that abandoned shopping complex when they camped inside it, i mean even for thousand years old giant mech little girls eating foods passed expiration date isn't a good idea even if you try to cook it.

Finally that annoying kid died lol, I'm like ok I don't mind this to be final episode.
I guess not, there is still one final legend boss which the 3 regalia defeated very long ago. That boss didn't die but most likely lock away in the other dimension. Saving Kei in the process by combining the 3 sacred key together, the structures in that dimension turn on and the final boss will wake up as well.

Finally they freed Kei and she's shown to be way more experienced in battle than the other two. Good battle as always.
I really don't think Johann died. He probably somehow escaped. First of all, it was hinted that there is a past to Johann that we still haven't explored when Yui questioned him. And then during Rimgarde Fall, he was the only survivor besides Ingrid who was protected by Kei so he surely won't bite the dust that easily. His goal of calling forth Lux Ex Machina still hasn't really come close to fruition either. The one thing in this episode that was very awkward was Yui. It was quite intense how Johann basically beat the hell out of Yui until she completely lost consciousness. However the next time it looked like nothing happened. I mean it's not like he cut off her limbs or anything so there are no visible injuries, but it would have made sense for her to look visibly exhausted but there she is acting like it never happened. Maybe they will show that in the next episode, who knows. Or maybe she's just that fucking tough? Perhaps she has greater recover abilities due to being in a pact with Magna Alecto? It was never touched upon though so it's all just pure speculation.

In any case, now that all 3 Erinius' sacred Regalias have finally assembled, it won't be long before the revival of Ruks Ex Machina will happen! |

![]() The main chunk of the episode was quite good I thought. Very nice to see Yui's mom and she and Ingrid actually met before so that was rather interesting. It was a little awkward to see Ingrid give YYui so much emotional support. Not because she doesn't deserve it. She totally does considering she's still so young with such a big responsibility as an empress on her shoulders. But eh, Ingrid did lose her entire country but I guess it wasn't brought up to avoid opening up any scars Ingrid may have left from these past 12 years.
