Does this mean that Tesuto Uesu, SMNT's author, has actually started a trend? Will more non-R18 LN titles will be released that feature a true harem going as far as SMNT's protagonists did? Will Tesuto Uesu's other harem LN titles have elements of this too when they end?

Not a "trend" per say. Sneakerbunko's titles in general have been toeing the line between borderline porn and actual porn for some time now. Kaifuku Jutsushi Yarinaoshi is another such title. And I've noticed in some cases that previously risque content in WN versions of published novels go the extra mile in the LN version. A lot of isekai series that were previously questionable become sexually explicit in newer iterations.

There was no sign of Chisato's and Zest's JP voice actresses there, unfortunately. Guess that means their characters are probably less popular than the other four, even though seeing their VAs at the livestream would be been nice.

The VA's simply introduced the main cast of the OVA. After introducing Basara, the four VA's introduced their characters and then introduced Chisato and Zest since there VA's couldn't make it. Yuu Asakawa (Chisato's VA) wasn't there because she live streams for her fans a few times every month, and the NicoNico event happened the same day she was streaming. Yuki's VA was added to the event a few days before it aired.

Also, can someone tell me if Maria's unlocked form makes any appearance in the last few volumes? Given what we know of Sheela, Maria's mother, having lost the ability to use her unlocked form after having given birth to Rukia and Maria, it could mean that this is Maria's last chance to use her unlocked before losing it forever. That scene in Zolgear's castle between Maria and Basara makes me think she herself might even want to use it to finish what she started in that form.

Zest was featured in Nyantype alongside with Mio and Chisato's omitted sex scene from volume 11 is the main selling point of volume 12 of the light novels. I wouldn't worry much about the publisher not promoting them much.

Maria's adult form doesn't make an appearance after she gets her ass kicked by Lars in volume 7. When she fights against Balflear and Legion in volume 10 she makes a comment about how the form is much stronger compared to when she fought against Lars in volume 7, but she decides against using it since she figured out how to use Wilbert's power (she isn't really good with it though). Uesu had no problem writing a sex scene for Maria in her loli form. Due to the master servant vow, she becomes the strongest succubus and unlocks a new form that she uses to almost single handedly hold off Kouryu for Lars.

I'm confused about Nanao, some people say that she is a pureblood vampire, some say that she is a dhampir (in part human, in part vampire), and some even say that she is a true ancestor/shinso.
So... what is she?

In an old discussion someone said that the LN stated that she is a Shinso, but I don't know where to find that statement, so I don't know if it's the truth.

It's stated several times throughout the series that Nanao is a half vampire. If she turned out to be anything more the Heroes would have killed her along with her family, or turned them into lab experiments.
