maybe some nanobots go under the skin and bind with each other to the point its hard as steel ^^ so kinda iron skin implant.... or like wolverine from xmen... skull is covered with metal.... or more like that human went with implants and transplants to the point it dropped all meat fragments and replaced with robotic body with brain of that human only ^^

Not really bad news, they applied for a government funded initiative thats intended to promote the polish creative industry =s
So did a bunch of other polish game developers too, so it cant really be seen as a sign of any financial trouble. Rather they're taking advantage of a scheme aimed at their industry that could give a free boost in funds, which could be used to improve or implement the features stated in their application.

Judging by how frequently CPR said it's still not a final product, makes me think they went out with this just to show anything.
Which is funny because I think this already looks pretty amazing. Bar maybe driving a car (which seems pretty static/not fluid). |

IMHO an RPG with a focus on guns better do gunplay good, since the majority of the combat sections will be reliant on your guns - I mean, Mass Effect (especially ME3, which imho has the best gunplay of the franchise) is an RPG that nonetheless also has good firearm-centric combat. CDPR are good at RPG elements, but even in the Witcher series their actual combat gameplay does leave much to be desired, and I'm hoping they can break free of that with CP2077.
