Found some novels where isekai people got Gift (special ability) at certain age

The template is MC's Gift is complete shit at first glance
And everyone just bully him into exile immediately
But then it turns out that Gift is Godly and people would later regret exiling MC

Like, why not give a chance for a few days for MC to experiment with it first?
What's with the logic : I don't know what Gift/Skill this is, must be shit

It's just a matter of making use of them in limited environments and situations to viable effects, but still nowhere near the point of wasting the time it takes to raise their abilities as a party member.
Granted the latter series hasn't updated forever despite the LN version of it having caught up to the raws. The former also has other meta issues I'd prefer to not have, but that's just me.

Also, half the time the MC doesn't get an unheard of skill. Usually it's well-known but the world is too stupid to make use of it, or the MC evolves it to something else somehow, or the MC's version is simply different but with the same name.
Or, like you say, they get an unheard of one and everyone mocks it based on its name. One subversion of this trope that I don't like is there's almost always someone else who has had the MC's skill, and often it's only been one other person and a legendary one at that and the MC finds their diary or a book about them or something, or even the person themself or a former party member of theirs. I don't want the MC to figure out how to use his ability based on the research of some guy who died centuries ago; I want the MC to figure that shit out himself. MCs who figure this shit out from someone else almost always stumble across abilities and don't actually try to make good use of it themself, which is awful. I'd much rather read about the person who got it first.

It's also funny how the MC is never the one to document his findings for potential future people who also get his ability.

Unfortunately, a lot of this stuff simply boils down to "insert cheap reason to make MC a social outcast in order to set up a [cheap] revenge scenario". I dunno how often this is simply the author being a bad writer, or how often it's because the author has petty grievances and wants to vent on "society", or how often the author wants to target readers with petty grievances.

A similar template that annoys me a lot is the one that goes "MC has some rare OP ability with a dark (but not evil) history, therefore everyone around the MC bullies the MC". Basically, "let's see how often we can stand on the tiger's tail before it attacks us".

^ The second one makes some sense though. People hate others who are "different" and if the other party does not respond to aggression with aggression there are plenty of people who will bully/attack even stronger ones.

I don't usually mind the "bullied guy snaps and decides to take revenge on his classmates" theme unless it is the main theme or it goes overboard.

^ We're not talking about bullying "stronger" people but people with a power that makes them very dangerous. As dangerous as a tiger (or dragon). Sure, there might be one or two Darwin Award level idiots around who would in fact step on a tiger's tail... but just because the tiger doesn't immediately attack that doesn't make it safe. Or mean that everyone would join in such stupidity.

To say it in a more general way, it's annoying when the "mob" characters are universally Darwin Award level stupid weathervanes.

Crosspost I found this to be very to my liking so I need your help
So to prefix I know that it isn't on this website but I want to know if anyone else knows or has any idea what I'm talking about because this novel is one that I want to fine

First and foremost it is an isekai so main protagonist ends up in another world I think I got to like chapter 34 and I remember a play by play of almost everything that happens so It can't just be like a fever dream thing

So the main protagonist gets transported and is informed of his ability which is the ability to gain the power of anything he defeats with a stupidly low chance of activating like .005% chance or smth like that and because he is just a regular human he couldn't get a job killing monsters so he ends up working as a stable boy and one day he gets assainged to clean a giant mountain of shit and while he is cleaning it, it transformed into a shit monster and starts to attack him and as he gets drawn in he grabs a pitchfork and miraculously kills it even more miraculously he steals a skill from it this skill gives him a chance to survive as a hunter so he sells everything he owns quits his job and buys the stuff to become a hunter. One of his co-workers tells him about a retired hunter who could help him become strong who lives in a town a few days away. Following this advise mc goes to the old guy and after some stuff becomes his disciple and he learns basic fighting techniques as well as all about magic
The old man then sends mc to work with a middle aged hunter to help him steal a skill from some snakes that live in the area. Mc and hunter don't get along at first but they hit it off and after like a month of hunting snakes all day everyday mc finally gets a skill from them and so mc is packing up to leave the area when they receive word that something spooky is happening in the town the mc and hunter were using as home base

and that's the story to the point that I got and I want to read more but I can't find it I'm sorry for the long read

Tldr; isekai about a guy with a skill stealing ability with an extremely low chance to proc tries to become a hunter after he got a skill from a shit monster he fought while doing his duty as a stable boy

I do not recommend it, I only put it for reference.
Basically the MC that is perfect in every way for some stupid reason believes that his existence is only to raise the existence of the real protagonist (younger brother), so adding to the possible misunderstandings the MC will have a low self-evaluation.

^ Leaving aside the execution, it kind of makes sense for the characters to want to tell this to someone. People want to have other people (especially the loved ones) acknowledge them for who they are, and hiding more than half of their lives and everything associated with it accumulates lots of stress, especially as they likely feel like they are lying to them about so many things (including age).

As for Earth knowledge, for most people (especially from less developed civilizations which value information less) hearing that their are from "different world" kind of don't ring any bells, so the natural reactions are: "Stop kidding" or "Heeee". And the ability of a modern kid to use modern knowledge in a fantasy world is highly iffy anyway.

Btw, found another one with "trash" special ability
In his military school everyone has combat related special ability
Only he has infinite storage (non-living things) so he's considered useless and bullied
Like wtf? That ability is way more important to the military than freaking super strength and stuffs!

I think "death mage" has good reasons for MC coming out about being reincarnator. It's certainly not a wasted scene that can be tossed aside.

Regarding military school and infinite storage. Wow, some muscle-head monkeys there. If teachers don't realise the benefits either then they need to be fired. Like with a firing squad.

If someone with infinite storage were to be found there would be literally a blood bath to kidnap him. Especially for carrying military stuff or illegal stuff .
