We really need to know the history of the world in this series and which countries were the major superpowers before World War ll ended. Because that may shed a little light.

As Germany, Italy, and Japan were the Axis Powers in World War ll but Italy and Japan are part of the League.

And I wouldn't be quick to cast the Union as the villains as I'm sure the League has skeletons in their closets. Remember it was both the League and Union that branded Edelweiss a criminal for basically stopping the Union and League using her country as a battle zone IIRC.

This franchise has always trended towards pandering, in th background, to the crowd that likes "What If Japan Won" given the whole thing where Ikki's gramps won the WWII for Japan somehow.

Hence we are probably running full tilt with the narrative where Japan is someone who "protects" small nations (hinting at the WWII Co Prosperity Sphere propaganda) while big bad China, US and Russia are the imperialists but not Japan. Except not in so many words but with enough hints to satisfy the crowd that laps this up. We have allready seen some of it in TL, given that Chinese pandan to the tournament based on rules and duels with protections in place, is a bloody free for all.

"Your Noble Arts makes your body transform into vapor to invalidate physical attacks…. It’s too premature to say this, but it’s a technique equal to resurrect oneself who died once."

It turns out Shizuku's technique of resurrecting someone from dead was foreshadowed this early.

But I would guess that It's only possible if the person's soul hasn't left their body. So resurrection with a time limit. So Ikki was dead but his soul hadn't left his body making it possible for Shizuku to resurrect him. Like how a person is dead when their heart stops beating. But you can restart someone's heart and technically bring them back to life.

Oh wow, what a beautiful pic.

People are probably trying to do some research about her suddenly changing her appearance because of the Excessive Awakening. I wonder how will they explain this to the world. In awakening they could say the blazer managed to use all of their power or something, but changing like that in Excessive may be hard to explain.

I fell like in this pic, it's probably something Stella's father decided to do to check if she was OK or something, since he is so over protective.

IMO ill cause a large amount of it the existence of Desperado''s completely decimates the concept of the ranking system the sheer amount of resentment from low rank blazer would be immense

Yes. In vol 10, Chapter 1, Tsukikage explains this really well. Basically, to become a Desperado people would have to reach their limit, being in really dangerous situations and having the strong will required to break through their own fate. As a result, if this info was made public, it's not hard to see how a lot of countries would try to force their blazers to try and reach this power, and that would probably end up with the death of a LOT of people who couldn't break the chains of fate and would end up dying in the process. So to prevent this, the information is only shared to some people in the world.

I don't think that it would have to be revealed for a lot of people in the world watching them go into Excessive Awakening to catch on to there being a higher level that mages can achieve. And some mages might easily figure out that secret and become Desperados themselves.

There already might be turmoil among various countries in both the League and Union about what Nene, Naseem, and Stella really are and a lot of pressure put on the League because two of their Blazers just transformed into monsters on international television.

So you can imagine a lot of turmoil and questions for the League's headquarters. And a lot of distrust within the countries of the League. And also the fact that Naseem transformed on national television. And along with the fact that he killed several Mage-knights and even killed Carlo, there is going to be some turmoil as the people within the League, particularly the Blazets, will feel that the League has been keeping very vital information from them. There may even be some backlash from Vermillion and Cradleland because to my knowledge, Sirius, Dantalion, and the higher-ups in Cradlelamd didn't know about Desperados and both of their countries suffered a major crisis at the hand of a very powerful Desperado.

It's only just about to get started. I doubt the certain higher-ups who know about Desperados can keep silent about it much longer.

Or Or-Gaule decided to leak into about Desperados before he was killed to every media source in the world and the info tells how to achieve Desperado status and even leaked the names of all of the known Desperados.

The only way this can become worse is if Tyrant just up and dies right now. Or Oum a kills him out of revenge about what happened 5 years ago after he achieves Desperado status.

@Lucidrago: The League will likely tell Vermillion about Desperados anyway, though, since Tsukikage said that the secret is told to the higher-ups of countries that have at least one Desperado in them. That's why Tsukikage also knows about it. And Vermillion now has Stella, so they've earned the right to know about it.

The ones in that colored pic are Ayase, Kanata, Touka and Oreki. They are all part of Hagun so it's not surprising they would be together.

It was nice of the illustrator to give the readers a clear view of the girls' naked bodies. Every important girl in the series might end up having at least one pic that shows their naked body. Whose body do you want to see? I want to see Edelweiss'.
