Guessing the identities are meaningless in my opinion, because with context, you can interpret each of them as the winner with no effort at all. The leaker made it a mystery on purpose.

I wouldn't give it full score even if best girl won, but it will certainly improve it if it doesn't turn to be Itsuki.

I am not even giving it a full score if the end girl is my favourite girl. This has dragged on and actually became a chore in the second half of the story.

Right now I will be okay with anything. Even an ending I would want the least to happen. I just want to be over with this so that I can remove it from my list of manga I am reading now.

As other said, first it needs a fan base big enough to give care about. A better scenario would be Index winning on Magical Index series and Mikoto losing for comparison.

Also even if there was a non Itsuki Ending it would an spectacular epilogue to make readers change their mind after two painful arcs.

Speaking of which, the manga had been ranked the 5th best selling manga in 2019 beating the like of MHA and AoT which is crazy.

The meltdown will be real once Miku loses for example

There will be a meltdown for sure but that's going to last for a few days, there was a meldown with Nisekoi, with Masamune-kun and other titles in the past. This manga and bokuben are no exceptions, if anything these titles are just more examples of mediocre writing.

Personally I just want to see the world burn once the winner is annouced, nothing can compare to the meltdown that happened with haganai.

Masamune's case was a red herring and misleading for a group before that the manga was under the water.

Can't tell about otters myself.
