Well looking at this logically:
- Lux has one recognized fiancee (Krulcifer)
- He was engaged to Celis (though it was nullified by Fugil)
- Lux is in love with all the girls
- All the girls are in love with him

Piecing things together I kinda doubt that Krulcifer told him to marry Lisha and ditch everyone else

This story is being finished. I don't think any publisher would licensed a already finished work with the fans already had read it. The only story that I know that had been licensed when its nearing its end or had already ended are little apocalypse and daimou.

That illustration with girls and Lux wearing formal outfits it's quite stellar, poor Krulcifer got the short end of the stick since we can't see that much or her dress. Yoruka dress looks great(and that slit showing her thighs and legs to aid breasts in seducing Lux ) same applies to other girls though.

As for Lux, he looks very royally.

@Snowbuild: Bakapervert will translate Volume 20. And as Tsunade666 said, it's not likely for an already completed series to get licensed after fans have already read it. Also keep in mind Volume 20 is the final Volume.

Even if it does get licensed, Bakapervert will be able to finish translating long before the official translation catches up.
