The combination sequence was Obari as fuck (not surprising since he's part of this episode's staff). It was goofy as hell but I dig it.
That puppy at Alus' flashback. Could it be the new Eldoran's great ancestor?

That last ditch form is the main reason why they required the training to have no deaths.
They used everyone's strength considering they're limited in resources.
Having Tertium/Cuadron backup made it more easier too.

Epic episode is super-epic! And May controlling Wodom Pod using a joy-stick is like a genius moment for me! Hilariously genius!!!

Also, the ending actually made me feel sorry for Alus...he's about to get farmed like hell by GBN players

. And he teleported near Avalon base?? Well, that's a surefire way to get your ass whooped! The Champion will make sure of it

Can someone remind me if it was mentioned that Alus orbital weapon was significantly weaker then it's optimal strenght? Because I have quite lot of issues if one MS even if big one could completely overpower weapon big as moon that can vaporise island. I could accept in GBN wher you can use Moonlight butterfly system or DG-cells shenanigans, but hardly in what appear to be real world.

Aside of that, fights were bonkers and final transformation was cool, I dig it. Also lore implications is that current Eldorans are descendant of mutated pets of Alus masters and said masters might be somewhat involved in birth of GBN El-divers?

Damn I think we need sequel for this one.

We could assume Force Finishing moves are that broken in GBN, or that Hiroto and the others really upgraded their gunpla to synergize with each other, resulting in the creation of their force move.

And here I thought episode 25 was super-epic. This episode 26 is even Ultra-Epic just because of the sheer fanservice moments of it all. I don't need to comment the obvious anymore, y'all should just see it!

Also, that is a very soft poke at GBF Try there, Sunrise. Using that Mecha and that voice

That was great finale in lot of ways. Re:Rise is not just best built show but it exceed plenty of actual Gundam shows... even if Re:Rise could do better early on than it did.

We need more awesome girls like May across whole franchise. We also need sequel with same cast. Well maybe not we, but definitely me.

Heh, I saw the slowburn potential since the beginning while you were too busy badmouthing & dismissing the show during it's character-development phase. It's all there in the comments if anyone wants to go back to reread & revisit them (unless you edited them).

Yes, you did. Though even slowburner can be done better then it was this time. Did it got better? You bet. Did badly managed character development early hurt it? Answer to that is yes as well. Character obviously didn't get along immidietely, but problem was there weren't practicaly any character interaction for quite long time.

This show could be perfect instead just great if it managed that part better. and yes, I also seen this show potential and I am fairly sure I give proper credit where credit were due, but unlike you I weren't and am not in denial about it's flaws.

Wait, was that Sakai Minato?! The white caped Sengoku Astray is a said to be the contest winner of GBGW. Congrats to that guy. Nanami finaly gets vocied scenes. Champ's integration of the TryAge card game is so stupid, it awsome! Rize gets a cameo, too. I'm glad Tsukasa is still using that Evil Haro guest avatar. And I like his and Ko-1's 2-seater Astray. Waifu catching. It's implied that Eve's data has fragments of the Ancient Eldorian. They can still go back to Eldora. The cliche of sealing the path to the other wolrd didn't happen here. I thought that scene in the desert is going to be a sequel hook, but nope. I guess it's to show that the new Eldorians have moved on. That giant hat was funny, though.
