Only bothers me if it's a series I'm especially interested in. Nakashima has pretty much lost me at this point and nothing in the promo material looks especially interesting so... It's a few hours less each week for Kaji to potentially ruin a show I actually care about.

All they have released is a brief teaser with no actual information, so it's too soon to judge anything about this seriously.
When there's more details available, that's when we could discuss if it's a promising series or not. I will say one thing: I've recently watched and enjoyed Promare, so I don't have any problems with Nakashima writing this. I'm not particularly a voice acting guy, neither for nor against most of them, so the casting is the least important aspect. |

I'm tired of hearing Kaji's voice. I don't think he's a bad actor, I've just been unfortunate enough to be interested in a lot of series where he inevitably pops up as protags I end up disliking or not caring about. And I've only ever really liked a single project Taniguchi has directed, so I'm kinda side-eyeing this, tbh. Nakashima might be the only promising component of this to me, personally.

This reminds me of epic fantasy adventure shows in the 90s. It looks and feels interesting, but I have a bad feeling about original anime. They do have endings, but those endings are usually lackluster (Franxx, Re:Creators) or ruin the story (Kabaneri).
