Also, just like Sophia, they have a complete awareness and understanding of their surrounding even when they are still babies, some of them probably witnessed (and remember that) the elves butchering their family.

You mean squad of killers Elves.
and even without the Elves, the new world is a much more dangerous place than the world of the reincarnations originally came from we not really need to take Schlain Zagan Analeit and Karnatia Seri Anabald as an example of reincarnations life. |

Shun retunites with his classmates. Only two classmates' whereabout are not known. Guys and girls are impressed by Katia's change.
Kumoko has perfected her appraisal skill. It is leveled up to wisdom skill? Because Kumoko can detect maou's statistics anywhere, it seems as cheating. It's way too unbalanced. Maybe not. Her opponent is maou, who can move at supersonic speed? The appraisal skill could be hex-edited by D so Kumoko has chance to win her fight with maou. In some episode ago, Maou told the demon general that she used to fight an earth dragon before, and she praised the earth dragon for his attitude. This episode shows the battle, but it is more like an one side slaughter. Kumoko's farewell address to body-responsible is hillarious. She says the body-responsible will be remembered. To get her back, Kumoko has to defeat maou. So, Kumoko will enjoy the life in the place of body-responsible. I think translation to body-responsible is more fitting to the original name 体担当, which means body responsible. It is referring to the job title of specialist or department head in a company. Kumoko refers herself as 情報担当, or intelligence-responsible. In contrast, body-responsible does not use as much strategy as intelligence-responsible. She is acting agaisnt Kumoko's original plan. If body-responsible is another individual, Kumoko would not be shy to blame her as "muscle brain", the person who acts without using brain. Last edited by scififan; 2021-05-22 at 03:30. |

Kumo-chan is now worshipped. Amazing that the people are not afraid of her anymore. Parents even want Kumo to touch their baby. lol and damn.. generic-isekai-male-with-a-harem-and-his-dramas have plenty of screen time this episode. their scenes are so boring. ugh..

my post has other content besides the Shun dislike, so I'm not really spamming. Or are you saying people are not allowed to say who they dislike in a show? There are also people saying Kumo side of the story is boring / bland, but I don't attack those people - everyone is free to post opinion. We are in a forum. deal with it (or you could just add me to your ignore list).
Spoiler for Kumo and Shun:

Shun is there with a purpose. Maybe he is been used by Pope, Elf, etc, but ultimately they are all pawns on D's board game, but only Kumoko realizes this fact. Shun receives the title of yuusha, so he is tasked to stop mao. Kumoko could become his enemy since her monster classifcation belongs to the dark side. The anime seems to cut out a lot of content; fight scenses ended in rush in this episode. However, the meeting of classmates are still included in the episode, so it is important for the storytelling. The unhappy class rep(student body president of the class) is introduced as farmers. A pair of adventurers(guy and gal) are introduced briefly. Their brief appearance indicates anime writers and the author thinks it is important. The author is said to be invovled with the production. |

Ultimately, there's no particular requirement to like Shun as an individual but his side does add a lot to the world-building and overall story. But yeah, if you actively dislike him it probably makes it a bit of a chore to sit through his side.
Anyway... our little spider has come a long way... Kumoko ep1 be like: This sucks. I'm stuck in this super dangerous labyrinth and have to kill and eat horrible tasting monsters just to survive. Humans in ep1 be like: Food? Yeah, it's piled up for us to eat. Kumoko ep19 be like: Is this an infinite food bug? All I gotta do is heal a bit and people bring me all this delicious food. Humans in ep19 be like: This sucks. We're stuck in this super safe village and have to grow our own food. |

That was a pretty easy win against mother but well she was eating her from the inside for a long time now and not only that, kumoko has mother skills now, nice.
Ehh besides the kidnapping and everything else sensei did, there is the point that she doesn't say anything and it must feel like just stay there like prisoners and ignorants too by the way. |

I just saw the two latest episodes. So...is there a particular reason why they animate Ariel with CGI? I know animating handdrawn animals is too difficult for new animators these days, but they can't even handle animating a girl with OTT outfit? What the hell, man? It's bad enough that they couldn't fully animate Goblin Slayer in hand-drawn before resorting to CG in some scenes, and now this?
Still, the human side of the story is getting much & much more interesting. Again, it's like following Fire Emblem but with an isekai twist in it. Also, it's rare to see an "isekai reunion" between many reincarnators framed in a serious way. So I really enjoyed watching how things played out. Though I'm a bit disappointed that most of the reincarnators are just bland humans. Many of them don't even switch gender, let alone being a completely different species. I would've liked if there's more variety to them, just sayin'.

episode 20:
would have been better if that bastard from Ohts suffered more before he died, but oh well.. war is gonna start, and Kumo will be part of it. Gakia vs Ariel looked almost like a dbz fight. looking forward to next week!

Some revelations there made by Kumoko while talking. The world is dying and she doesn't want to die with it. Seems she wont be in the next episode based on the title, that should mean that we gets the background story of another reincarnated character. Also, funny how Sophia and Ariel talked through mini Kumokos.
