Overlord x Kage jitsu crossover?!!??!
Oh, that was fun, a Halloween special crossover. The Pleiades comparing notes with the Seven Shadows and super-chuuni Cid embarrassed by the antics of Pandora's Actor plus, as a special bonus the "ding-dong" button from Isekai Quartet at the end. "To be continued", indeed.

Mitsugoshi isn't too worried about the MCA, with their Wisdom of Shadow and their own plans making things move smoothly...and any late-night visitors can easily be dispatched by Nu...I mean, Gamma! Gamma's totally got this, right Alpha? Right :heh!?
I almost feel bad for Gamma that she's got confidence, charisma, power, and intellect but virtually no skills or coordination to make efficient use of it. Even Cid told her the best use of her powers was to just use all of it and throw it everywhere. Girl thinks she's dealing with a fencing master and writes off her own klutziness as a plot by her enemy or a big brain plan on her part. The guy she's fighting doesn't even know what to do with her. And of course she succeeds but ends up doing more damage to the store than the saboteurs did. Also plenty of Gamma nosebleeds  .So Gettan has a grudge against Stylish Bandit Slayer and Yukime has a grudge against him because he killed her entire family? And John Smith is caught in the middle  . Alexia! My beloved! Still finding time to spend with Cid and showing off the improvements she's made in her swordsmanship. It's sweet how even after everything she still wants to save Rose by becoming stronger, and she seems to be handling it in a more healthy way than Iris is. Also was that grin at the end because she thought Cid was going to get an indirect kiss  ? Time for Super Elite Agent John Smith to work with hot animal girls to get this counterfeit plot going! And he BS's his way into making them think the fakes have surpassed the original so no one call tell the difference. Not even the bad guys  ! Well, Alpha is the first to clue in to what the real plan is, and Rose's squad is sent out to catch the cargo of counterfeit bills...only to run afoul of John Smith who easily defeats them like they're nothing. I also love how the magical threads put the girls in some very tight positions  .Poor Rose. She doesn't really get along with her squad (if only because she won't open up to them), her missions don't go well, she's still stressed from what's been going on with her, and is chafing that she's still too weak to make any significant difference. Oh and her ex-boyfriend ended up throwing her out of a moving train, but she's not aware of that one. At least she looks good in the skintight Shadow Garden uniform  !

Shadow Garden has had their first contact with Super Elite Secret Agent John Smith, and he may be their toughest foe yet. Also I love how Rose just wants another crack at him, bless her heart
 .Oh hey, Zeta! The cameo queen! And is that Camilla from Fire Emblem ?The most efficient way of taking care of anyone is to sick Delta on them and she even decimates the train car in her attack on John Smith! And here's some more Delta butt! Fairouz Ai sure knows how to scream! Of course not even she can break through his defenses and he manages to stop her with the debris from the train car, though that's all well and good because she just breaks out when she realizes she's fighting her boss  !I love how Delta is just a good doggy who loves resting her boobs on her boss' head and doing whatever he wants her to do, even if it goes against Alpha's orders (but she really doesn't want to make Alpha mad). And Cid thinks the best way to keep her occupied is to send her to deal with Juggernaut, I mean Jugga Jugga, while he does his own thing. Surely nothing complicated will come out of that, right? And now Delta thinks he'll do anything she wants as a reward...within reason (in his head) .But of course Shadow Garden reacts to Delta not coming back like John Smith might have legit killed Delta, leaving Alpha even more enraged when she knows full well what their plan is now, and she lost her precious Delta who is like a sister and a pet to her. John Smith made everything worse  .Iris! And Alexia with glasses and her hair done up! It's nice to see Alexia also committing her studies so she's more informed and knowledgeable, so she knows the proper way to use her sword in the future, but her sister is still struggling with how best to use her own blade and can't share her sisters' enthusiasm  .I love how Cid is freezing cold and just writing down nonsense for Beta and barely even recognizing all the updates she's giving him on a situation he's personally involved in beneath their notice. He even tries to cover for Delta's absence in a way that just makes it still sound like she's dead  . It was only a matter of time, but Alpha finally goes after John Smith, and if anyone could figure out he's really Shadow, it's her. Who else could hold their own against her? And that leaves Alpha both infuriated and emotionally broken to find that the man she worships and adores with all her heart, that she's dedicated her entire life to, the man she's wanted to stand beside as an equal...not only has turned against her but even went against her and their entire organization. And just like with Rose he tosses her off the train, powerless to do anything to stop him. And it just makes Alpha think she was abandoned  .It looks like John Smith and Yukime will really get away with their perfect crime, but all Yukime cares about is her revenge against Gettan. Their two clans united during the Therianthrope Wars, they were even betrothed and carrried a sincere affection for each other, but Gettan's involvement with the Cult turned him insane and lusting for power to the point of killing Yukime's mother and wounding her. Then he ran into Stylish Bandit Slayer which is like the only piece of that info that Cid properly recognizes, which is totally on-brand. But Yukime went through slavery, prostitution, and working her way up to the top all for the sake of her revenge  .
