Well he had sex with Ila if i remember correctly not too long ago, but nothing after that. Although he got a dark elf, and since "Crimt died" it's probably that Claia will go with Sora sooner than what we think.
About the latest events, well Sora killed the Behemoth to get it's horn in order to make the barrier, but then a strong characters appears surprised that a human has killed a divine beast(he seemed to know that Sora is from Onigashima since he said that as a reward he can talk to him about the truth of 300 years ago). His name was Lascaris, he is the leader of the king of the undeads and well they talk about the lore. Then in order to kill the monsters that lost their mother(the behemoth) since they were near to Andorra, he uses a magic that blow up the Behemoth along with the horn. After that Sora complains about what he did and then he gives Sora a 'Sage's stone' that will replace the horn. They talk a bit and it seems that the religion of the law god has tricked Sora because they wanted Sora to get rid of the Behemoth, but it's not like the horn was the only object that they could use to make the barrier, there were more(tho they are still difficult to get). It seems that they are trying to do something with the dragon holes. I could explain more things but that's the most recent and important event for now

Not really --------------------- Anyways I finished reading vol 4 and, it didn't have too much changes as I thought it would but it was good. There were some conversations added and some changes like this time Sora wasn't watching what Ouken was doing, when he saw Ragna and others fighting with the Kishin he went to look for Ema because he had a bad feeling(BTW Ema's design is really good, there is an illustration of her hugging Sora and everyone can see that she's waifu material), also Sai doesn't talk with Sora this time. There were some cool designs(Ouken and the Kishin) also we see Sora's father illustration. And the illustration with Claia chained, when I read that scene in the WN I thought it was a bit more... erotic but when I saw the illustration in the LN i was "Oh" I don't really want to post the illustrations so i'm just going to post a bit of some illustrations(from Claia, Ouken, Kishin and Sora's father) Spoiler for pics:

just read frist 10 chapter and comes for spoilers but the author troll the readers with oyakodon which didnt happen but from the spoilers he didnt get revenge on anyone yet so gonna hold till it finish cause if he really forgive those trash father and brother and fiance it well be waste of time reading

This is my interpretation: It is simply an arranged marriage, but Sora is dutiful so he did not look at other women in honor of that engagement. The current Sora and past Sora are very different now. Raguna has a one sided crush on Ayaka, but to Sora she was just a friend. Sora was more preoccupied with getting stronger than her feelings. To Sora she is closer to a play mate or rival than an actual love interest. In terms of childhood friend or sparring partner that always training with him, then that would be Ursula. Looking at how Sora treats Cecil and Goz now, the past relationship is reset to 0 and he has zero intention of recovering it. He is indifferent to the island folks except Emma, the children, Claire, Ursula, Clint essentially the people that had nothing to do with his exile. 5. Ayaka had no role in that. Awakening conditions are simply different for everyone for their soul equipment. Sora really needed a life threatening incident to awaken Soul Eater. He might have been over-sheltered in his household, for example a servant could interfere prior to reach that point. Also the experience requirement for a level 1 dragon is different for a level 1 goblin. Sora just has a harder wall to overcome than others. Spoiler for Major Ayaka Plot Spoiler:

6. The Dragonaut family's role is political for now. They are strongly tied with Sora and Claudia lives in his mansion, so technically they are sort of engaged by outsider's point of view in Canaria Kingdom. The Canaria Kingdom's prince wanted to get back together with Claudia after seeing her recover from her curse and him one-sidedly breaking his engagement with her a while back. The king of Canaria Kingdom, his father, schemes to meet Claudia privately and have them spend some time together then reinstate it eventually. He plans to do this by secretly meeting Claudia with him and his son alone to convince (pressure) her first, otherwise Astrid and her father would be furious if he brought it up to them directly (the king's current plan is still pretty scummy imo). Sora says he is willing to help Claudia if she is in trouble, then they make a plan of her being clingy with Sora like lovers in front of the king and his son, then Claudia declines the king's son flatly. The king's son wanted Claudia again since Imperial Princess Sakuya told him he is not allowed to touch her and she will simply adopt a child from her own family who would be the new heir of this kingdom. Sakuya does not mind if he got some concubines or lovers. Hence the clown prince (same age as Claudia) tried to get Claudia again as the 2nd wife. Prince Azar is powerless against the third imperial princess Sakuya since she literally brought her some of her retainers and faction to Canaria Kingdom due to reasons. She is a lot better person than the Prince since she has interpersonal skills and sensitive to other people's feelings. Spoiler for Prior to Demon World Arc:
Sora's mother and Princess Sakuya are originally from the Eastern Nobility or Far East. There are at least three major factions in the Adoastera Empire. The Cornelius, Azurite, Paradis, and Mitsurugi Family, then the Eastern Nobles. There is a war brewing with the first crown prince Richard of the empire wants to militarily conquer his opposition like Canaria Kingdom and the other factions. Richard and the current emperor, his father, are at odds with each other. Richard underestimates Sora's capability for revenge, the Emperor regrets not having Richard present to see Sora so he would not have such foolish thoughts. Lunamarie, Miroslav, Iria are his party members, so they are always training and going with Sora to places (also getting power ups). Their original party disbanded already and the Larz is back in his village living quietly. Katia returns there after the behemoth arc and Sora expects Larz to take care of her. Iria is at the desert city, but Sora goes to pick her up and bring her to Ishka due to advice from Lunamarie that the Temple of Law might use her to get to him. For Anima to manifest itself, it needs three requirements: A strong body and soul, a magic rich environment (dragon's lair), and psychology or mental state of the host (author's afterword). Ciel and Lunamarie are not slaves anymore after Sarah and 3 kids move in, and Sora thought having slaves would give a bad impression on them. So he freed them and now they work as party/harem members. Sora is very selective on his revenge targets and proportion of the grievances. He is a tsundere at times and is very soft on mothers and children. Clint and Claire are sort of like foils with Goz and Cecil now. The Sword Saint saved Goz and Cecil in the past despite being enemies at first, which is why they have such high loyalty. Sora was also enemies with Clint and Claire at first, then saved them both later. Ursula even notices that Claire is very close with Sora in terms of distance from each other's bodies after coming back to the Demon Island. Clint respects him too now. Spoiler for Temple of Law:
The sect that joined the kijin side in the war with humans became the Temple of Light, while the main organization renamed itself the Temple of Law.
