I agree! Matsumoto is easily passed over as just a big-busted bimbo but she really does have a good head on her shoulders, she's a very caring person, a blast to hang out with (from what I can tell) and appears pretty adept combat-wise and would be moreso if she could get Haineko to cooperate!
