hmm don't know where is yours from.. but I think its

18話「枢木スザクに命じる」
Episode 18: Kururugi Susaku, I order you...

19話「神の島」
Episode 19: Island of God.

Most likely your 18 is 17.5 (if not 16.5) a recap episode?

EDIT: ahh.. I see its from eng wiki. wonder if some scan can confirm this,

If you had checked that specific page's history, you'd have seen that the one who had written those new titles in the first place was Li Jianliang himself. He's (like me) a Wikipedia registered user who often contributes to the Code Geass pages.

the title for ep 18 is interesting ~ order huh? lets see if suzaku has finally developed a spine to defy orders
also the title for ep 19 also suggests that we might get to see the "mysterious" planet that has yet to be confirmed to be jupiter ~

Japanese TV guide Telepal-f shows
episode 18: I order Kururugi Suzaku

It skips an episode number for Truth Behind the Mask.
(The previous episode is numbered 17)
This is why many speculate Truth Behind the Mask to be an recap 17.5

TV Navi and Telepal f both shows Truth behind the mask listed,
but the Digital TV Guide, BLT, and Taroh doesn't even show that episode listed (blank)

Asuka magazine March issue lists:

Episode 16 (2/1): Captured Nanaly
Episode 17 (2/8): Knight
Episode 18 (2/15): I Order Kururugi Suzaku
Episode 19 (2/22): Island of God

Here's the scan:
http://uppers.servebbs.com/geass/img/1296.jpg

As you can see, Asuka scan doesn't list Truth Behind the Mask.
Diffrent publications are showing diffrent episode airing on diffrent dates, so there seems to be a confusion in scheduling.
It's rumored that the recap episode was thrown in in a haste, because of staff not being able to keep up.
Thus creating a confusion in diffrent publications that gets information at diffrent times.

One thing that is consitant though, is that "Truth Behind the Mask" doesn't seem to show on any publication with an episode number assigned to it.

Looks like we have another recap coming along then - the same happened with episode 8.5, The Mask's Tracks.

Have to admit, episode 19's title Island of God/Holy Island has me at the edge of my seat - i'm sure we all know what this could mean.

The non-rental (retail) version of the Code Geass DVD comes with Picture Drama story about when Lulu and Suzaku were young.

Spoiler for pics and summary:

EDIT: I translated the dialogue, and edited in.

I wonder who gave Euphie her nickname? I wouldn't be surprised if it was Lulu or Nunally...

Suzaku: Just as I expect from a britanian... Arrogant and selfish! You want Japan as colony too huh!?
Lulu: Japan actively dominates other nations as well! They place economic control over underdeveloped countries!
Suzaku: uh? uh, um... (looks confused)
Classic. ^_^

Hm...I have to wonder why C.C actually needs people to help her fulfill her dream. She seems to have some others powers herself, like the ability to mindrape people, the ability to start trams moving. Kinda makes you wonder why she needs people like Mao and Lelouch.

Plus, if Maos geass can affect Lelouch, does that mean Lelouch can also geass Mao to just kill himself?

Yes, Lulu can geass Mao to death. However Mao just avert his eye contact once he know lulu is gonna geass him.

btw I think CC moves the train by activating control at the station... its not some geass power.. Juding from Mao's sentence "For someone to be able to do this without me noticing...", Mao's geass seems to have cover quite a bit of range. Also it seems like he can't read CC thought (thus do not detect her presence.

That's why she is going to face Mao alone next episode, the only person who can defeat him is her. (well.. and as we all know from the spoiler... she couldn't shoot him. So its up to Lulu).

It is unlikely that Mao can read C.C.'s mind, just as C.C. seemed "skeptical" that Lelouch's Geass would work on her.

Well look at it this way, Japan, being a powerhouse in its region, defintely looked down on Britannia and vice versa so Suzaku's treament was most defintetly a reflection of that. Interesting to see that Japan actually had that much power and influence to control other nations.

Strange to see Suzaku like that. It's a major contrast to what he is now. And the irony that he's fighting in the Britannian Empire when years ago he looked down on Britannians...

You have to consider that most children don't form they're own opinions and instead take the opinions of adults and repeat them as they're own.

Yes I know that but I was pointing out the kind of person Suzaku was before and after the invasion of Japan and how it's very different.

The Suzaku we've seen first, I doubt any of us would expect to see him lash out like that, regardless of nationality.
