yeah the grimjow dance and pounce is so cool and i think they kinda overdone it with the beating of ichigo ^^ he survived a 100 combo punch from grimmjow

Nice episode, though the OP screams even to non-manga readers MEGA SPOILERS!!! But oh well since it seems like Inoue is getting a boost in her relationship to the story. Plus we'll get Ishida and Chad back into the story which honestly can't hurt. Hope Ichigo learns from this, sending Chad away because he couldn't help but in the end being completely useless against Grimmjaw.


Looks like getting 80% of your power back really does help, yes shocking I know. Would have liked to see those fights go a bit longer, but I guess you have to take injuries into account. They aren't being healed just getting their full power ready to go. Major difference especially with Hitsugaya's ice finally getting hold without being shrugged off. Pretty funny watching Shawlong running for it after finding all this out.


Good day for Rengi and Hitsugaya. Get some wins to add to their records on the show. Too bad they couldn't release the limit earlier since Hitsugaya took some major hits while waiting for it. Always good that Inoue is there for support or else there could have been some major injuries. Everyone got their wins which was the important thing. I did assume that Hitsugaya used his bankai's remaining form to freeze the guy but if it was running out of time that's alright. Still surprised that something like a clear time limit would be visible on his bankai.


Did all the traitor captains decide, "hey we need some cool new looks now that we're officially evil." Ichigo really had a tough fight on his hands this time. If Tousen hadn't shown up to force a retreat it could've been bad. Since no one else was in any condition to offer real help there. It's too bad Urahara couldn't help them out but he is a exile for all intensive purposes. And isn't Yorichi a traitor for leaving? Even if in that situaiton help would have been nice they really couldn't do anything else but help Ururu. That poor kid, she gave it her all and nearly died. That's definitely not going to make those guys happy.


Interesting what the show is planning with Tatsuki. She has seen quite a few things going on and now this fight with Ichigo. She hasn't brought it up to anyone so there isn't any suspicion. But just wonder what kind of role she is going to play. No special abilities outside of marital arts have been attributed to her so it's a curious situation.


Keigo's sister rocks . She just jumps all over Ikkaku when they arrive which can only lead to some funny times. Big sisters in this show are very dangerous it seems.


Liked the OP music wise, while some images make you wonder what's going on it's still very interesting. Plus Kon taking lead vocal at the start was hilarious. While the ED music wasn't all that amazing the scenes were still nice. Also liked the Hinamori and Hitsugaya moment there. Though with Kira and Matsumoto in the background it looks like some sort of I don't know parental supervision .


Preview was fun as well. Looks like Grimmjaw is in some trouble. Considering he just got a bunch of arrancar killed in a stupid attack probably didn't help anything in that regard. Ishida makes his first real appearance in a while. (I know people are busy with their issues but how do they not notice him gone?) Though seems like his father is being tough on him here. Also Ichigo looks to be getting some real training. Though after the issues with his hollow side he probably will do anything to get control over it.

Damn right Aizen sends Tousen to bring back Grimm. If he'd have sent Gin I'm betting there would be blood on the moon right now.

The anticipation of seeing Gin is almost unbearable on my part. I think I may literally explode when he finally appears. I actually fear for my health...

im amazed that ichigo was able to take such a beating to the face while STANDING lol youd think he'd have fallen back after a 3rd rapid hit liek that from grimm geez lol

also the animation was amazing and it looked so cool the details etc. Grim was amazing in this, animation was amazing whne he laughed after getting hit by the getsuga tenshou, the mask moved wiht him and everything. finally amazing stuff yay

Anyway this is SS arc all over again power wise: at its beginning Ichigo was the crappiest shinigami around, then he went through some power-ups. Now Ichigo is the crappiest hybrid around, so let's go through trainings and such.

As some before me has mentioned about orihime in OP. When she is in the picture at the OP it all of a sudden feels very dark. And she walks alone out into some desert that looks like the hollow place. Im hoping for some turning to the dark side here. :P You gotta love girls turning bad.

great animation, seems like the team that did ep 114 and 118 did this one as well, this arc certainly has some of the best animation in bleach so far

OP seems pretty sad for Orihime. Somehow I prefer the ED more, after all the morose time it felt more light hearted and a good way to end an episode. Couldn't really catch the OP song. Perhaps ought to watch it a couple more times.

Anyway did anyone catch Matusmoto Bankai? Yes, that part where she pulled back her clothes to expose more of her bosom. It was really sneaky to make it as though she wanted to show of the mark.

Wow what an episode. I had to watch it 3 times in a row . Ichigo definitely got pwned, grimmjow kicks ass, great speed and uber combos (grimm ftw!!).

Its kind of a let down arrancars never actually use any katana techniques they just swing and release there other form, I hope the espadas are different.

I had my fingers crossed for Hichigo to jump in (SIGH), now ichigo is stealing his moves!(double sigh) Ichigo definitely realized how useless he is, seems there are a lot of training coming up.

The new ending sucks, the opening is kinda of ok, not as good as the one b4, or the one around the ss arc. Kon has a really big mouth in the new op.

Tousen looks extremely weird now, btw wasn't his hair purple? how come its now black? and looks really wrong.

I have a feeling that team Ichigo is going to be down one member soon, judging from the feeling I get when watching the OP..
I get an ominous feeling when Orihime and Ichigo pass eachother without looking at one another, with her walking away into somethin that resembles a desert by herself, Orihime standing there and Aizen opening up Hueco Mundo behind her..

I don't know for certain.. but that's the feeling I get..

Yeah those images from the OP look like mega-spoilers, but it isn't really such a bad thing!
Keeps all the non-manga readers, like me, wondering what would really happen.
I wouldn't say this was the best ep, but it was good.
I REALLY can't wait to see where all this is going though.
And why does Rukia always get seriously injured :<.

Judging from the images from the OP, it looks like she joined the dark side. You see her in a room by herself dressed in Arrancar or similar clothing, but lets not jump to conclusions here :>.

lol, that sucks man... I feel for you, I've been waiting to see some key points in the manga animated thats coming up real soon, pretaining to Orihime.
