There's only two sub groups that *seems* to have dropped it... two others are pumping them out. http://www.animesuki.com/series.php/1443.html

*looks back at typhonsentra's post* Ah, I see. Well, even if I didn't he can still catch the subs coming before we realize it and then pull that "magic trick" Anyway... As expected, I never thought I'd have very good impressions over this show ever since I looked up the Summer list. Turns out my opinions have taken turn for the good. Spoiler for ep 5 notes:

I just watched episode 5 and I think it's the best episode so far! It really cheered me up today (I was in a bad mood because while my mom and I were shopping, I accidentally pushed the cart onto her foot and she got mad and I apologized a whole lot of times, but then I began thinking that I never do anything but make people mad and cause trouble to everyone because of my durned incompetence)! I especially liked Mihoshi in this episode! She looked so cute in some moments and so mysterious and serious in the next! Fumin was pretty cool too, but I didn't really like how strict she was with Mihoshi. Fumin kinda needs to understand that Mihoshi's just openly hyper and happy all the time and trying to keep a happy face even in sad times (I think). But I was laughing so hard when the girls pwned the bad guys. HARD. OMP now THAT was awesome! I LOLed soooo hard!

You know there's going to be an episode where we find out Fumin know's Saku, but doesn't get the connection until the end.
considering Mihoshi's 'Ememgency' scream when Saku almost defected to the Literature club.

Ep 5 was pretty good.
Would have been nice to see Hime-chan and Fumin in their swimsuits but we got some great stuff from Sayochin Now Part with the guys bugging the girls and everyone just standing around watching was kinda I mean whats up with that?! but a Mii-chan drop kick and Hime-chan round house kick saves the day! and yet again the small stuff Edogawa does just makes me chuckle

Just saw episode 5 and... well at least people thought he took a bullet for Fumin, the girls anyway. Too bad he got his ass saved by them. Lame, in his own words.
Host Masashi = awesome. I'm still having a hard time digesting the fact that mister club president is Ryuuji from Toradora. Also dammit Edogawa riding shotgun behind the bike. I don't know if that is infintesimally sad or hilarious. The stargazing scene was really well done and goes to the point of why Stargazing doesn't hit home with some people: it's not enough to look into the sky and see patterns. It all comes into perspective when you understand the stories and meanings behind them, which is why the literature club would be great for this. Much of the constellations are based on Greek/Roman and Chinese mythology, right up their alley. I would know. I never really appreciated the stars of the sky until I started reading up on ancient mythos. Too bad the city air is too polluted to see the stars. I used to do it all the time when we were outside of the city.

My view of the Perseids this year was fairly sucky.... hazy wet sky (which tends to bounce light from the nearby towns all over the sky. As it was, for the 30 minutes I watched, it averaged about 1/minute that I could see.

Yeah. Weather can totally be a killer I suppose. Though for me, I can go to somewhere extremely remote that is basically 99% wild-life and mountains to go stargazing. Except it's so remote, it's a bit creepy.
But I guess an empty summer night + mountains + 50 miles away from any city lights could be optimal. |
