Yea her hair seems more reddish brown in the new design then her old fire engine red.

It's part of a poster set released by Type-Moon during C75.

Yeah, it's a visual novel. Can't currently remember the name though. If I remember it I'll post again, unless aohige or someone gets here first

I can't remember the name or publisher of this title, but it had to do with two boys who had the ability to swap years of age with each other. They could both be 7 years old, one could be 12 while the other could only be 2, etc. Can anybpy tell me the name of this series? It's somewhat recent....
