Something Izaya Orihara. Something with a smile ♪

I want it with a smooth animation and good loop. I really can't stand flashes, they actually hurt my eyes more often then not. So I'd prefer if you could avoid those.

On the matter of that, if you can't make a GIF under those set conditions, then static is just fine.

EDIT: No, you aren't doing this for free. I will give +rep.
