Very impressed with Yoshimori Makoto's score so far for this. Many will say it shares many striking resemblances to his score for Baccano which is rather true. It's just not about 80% jazz themed this time around, though just as experimental.

Does help that we have A+ music placement for the series.

While I am not a fan of the OP, or ED for the series, I agree the music placement in the episodes has been pretty well done so far.

Since the show is two cours think we will have a second OP and ED?

I think it has a very high chance of a new opening and ending, or at the very least a new ending. Seeing how popular it is, it's a good promotion for any artist. Also, it's not otaku(moe)/fujoshi orientated, the artist wouldn't get a bad name either. Whether this is a fujoshi bait or not is debatable.

The ost is great, it's quite different yet it matches the show as well. Without the music, I don't think this anime would be as enjoyable.

I'm hoping we don't change OP and ED. Mainly because i love them so much yeah, though also they just fit the series so damn much. Plus i can't seem them making another OP which resembles Baccano as well as this one.

Heh, well, you already know how I feel about his Baccano score :3.

But yes, the BGM does sound promising with all the piano stuff that he uses and I gotta say that Makoto's ability to depict the cityscape means that this score is one that I'll be listening to since, like you said, his compositions do go off the beaten track enough to make listening to it an exploratory endeavor.

Pretty much yeah. It's strange, though you feel like his kind of music is what you'd expect to hear in such a setting. He's done a mighty fine job of making us believe such things.

Anyone listened to the ED Single yet? I'm pretty pleased with it.
