Was struggling to put my finger on what's bothering me about the show, but that's probably it right there.

There's nothing particularly wrong with it but it's not special in any way either.

This might fall victim to the time yokai at this rate and be exorcised to the backlog. Hope it picks up.

I was expecting evil yokai this time around but instead got a heartwarming yokai family story.

I'm liking this series; sort of like a supernatural slice-of-yokai-life in a way.

And I really like the ending theme!

Ah, in this episode we meet best girl!

...Only girl so far, actually. But she's probably also the best. I like her anyway. And my opinions are infallible.

Personally I feel Zenko adds something vital to this series. She needs to become a regular. Also the Mononokean needs to speak up more often: it's amusing.

I was betting on Master not showing up and he still showed up. But in a way that was kind of warm and fuzzy that he cared. This is a warm show so far.

Zenko does add more to the series, but for me I was already enjoying it, and her arrival just made it more enjoyable.

Ayup - picking this series up. Looks to be a pleasant surprise of the season thus far. ^^

As someone who was truly bored of Natsume no Yuujinchou, I didn't enjoy this series except for the 3rd episode. Maybe I'll give it one more episode, but if Zenko doesn't come every so often I will most probably drop it.

I was enjoying the series even before Zenko showed up, so her inclusion does nothing for me, even though I think she's a nice character. It was nice that Ashiya was able to give her a different perspective on what her dad might have meant with his comment. And the Mononokean is really cute, I hope we get more of...it. xD

Been following this series since the premiere and this week was my favorite episode. They really also presented the Underworld quite well in terms of the design especially the stylistic fictional backgrounds.

Two more "girls" introduced today. Female youkai who disguise themselves as girls, anyway. Zenko is still best girl.

Ashiyra is terrible at following directions. Abeno should fire him and sell his body-parts to the "girls" for the money he owes.

Hmm, from the preview, looks like Ashiya may have some special powers he's unaware of.

And I really like the Mononokean. She has a good sense of humour and the use of emoticons.

1 exorcism cost 1million but the part timer only gets paid change. Sounds like he will be there forever.

Given that he failed on the "cry in front of the guy" part, and the "retrieve the mask on your own" part and needed rescuing, he's kind of lucky he got paid for that job at all.
