You replied my comment without paying attention to the point & context. I talk about being animated in a legit anime in which Mina received none but Shiho already got a whole short episode.

Yeah, Shiho was in a what? A toy commericial (short episode my ass, that was a commercial). Her character arc incomplete and story unfinished. Doesn't change the fact that Mina has a whole story completed already, animated or otherwise. Please don't lecture me on which character got what in SEED/Destiny, the amount of cash I spent collecting merchandise for that series should never be repeated again, ever.

Why are you trying to change the focus of my comment from "I want character A animated" to an argument about "Who had bigger role between A & B and deserve to be animated more"?

Saying "Pfft" while directly challenging my original comment about me wanting Mina (as CE's Haman Karn) to get animated screen-time. That comment of mine was not directed at anyone in particular but your reply was certainly directed at me.

And yes "Pfft" is a sign of mockery/disrespect. The general definition for such expression is "used to express a contemptuous or dismissive attitude."

Has anyone noticed that Gundam SEED contained references to the King Arthur mythology?

It's already known that Shinn's big swords on his Gundams are called the Excalibur and Arondight (Lancelot's sword).

What I didn't know was that Lacus was a reference to The Lady of the Lake (hence, Lacus is Latin for "lake"), a woman who, in Arthurian mythology, gave Arthur the Excalibur; Lacus keeps referring to Kira's Gundams as "swords".

Believe it or not, this was brought up more than a decade ago, and it was quite a refershing take. Unfortunately, Kira's name does not adhere to anyone in particular from Arthurian mythology, his name was supposedly derived from the word 'Killer'.

Though of course we know he... doesn't quite kill... and sometimes, he does worse things to people that he probably doesn't realize.

^ I don't think it will hold the same level of significance as LB .

Also, as expected, Eclipse shares the same goofy tone as Astray (so far). The MC is too "Vash the Stampede"-y for my liking. Let's see if he's as skilled as Vash or not.

You and I both. But I guess the Mangaka is not quite ready to tackle the storyline after Destiny unless it involves the Astray gang.

Funnily enough, I think Eclipse is more SEED-y than the Zaku Warriors/Phantoms, Gouf Ignited & Dom Troopers .

Most likely not. Fukuda & his wife never really paid attention to side materials when it comes to their SEED writing. The only hope you have is if Bandai specifically request Fukuda to include stuffs from the side stories someway & somehow.

I personally would like to see Rondo Mina Sahaku in SEED anime canon but I'm well aware that's just wishful thinking (among other characters from side stories).
