I'm not sure why you're referring to Illya since the question was answered correctly already. She's Hasegawa Kobato from Boku wo Tomodachi ga Sukunai.

I am refering to the Illya's gif which the person wanted to identify (you know, the requested I had quoted...), which was first answered by Hooves. But he missed the mark, and upon realizing it, but apparently not knowing who it was, deleted his own post, which is the deleted post I was referring to.

What has Kobato got to do with any of this is beyond me.

I'm not exactly sure what's going on here, but what I see quoted in your post (8706) is not a gif of Illya, but of a young girl with heterochromatic eyes and blond hair. (I assume that's the Kobato he's talking about.)

The gif basically changed, in the same fashion than a rotating signature. And it indeed shown initially Illiya, then Kobato, and now (from my perspective), it is back to Illya. Just move on.

I remember reading on anidb something about a girl wearing a white dress. It goes like this a boy is told my his grandpa to not talk or get to know that girl and that she is trouble if he knows her. He first saw here in a alley with dead bodies around her in a white dress. Her name was like saya or something like that from a game where I first saw the character but I don't recall the game.
