The mods are definitely going to have their own version of the purge in this thread once one of them catches wind of the spoilers.

I just hope that the anime only fans who visit these threads have yet the get spoiled, seriously, the people here should know better by now.

Though, a announcement of Railgun 3 after Index 3 wouldn't really be much of a surprise considering it'd be exactly what was said before about how Railgun 3 would only happen after a Index 3 or something similar.

So i caught word of China banning some series from their country and that list includes Railgun anime.
And my guess can only be due to some episodes that featured Kuroko wearing very revealing clothing/swimwear.
I'm not sure if by featuring Railgun it also includes Railgun S but other series were specific about seasons(with those that hand more than 1).

It really turns out that part of that list was either fake or vague, according to Baidu the only thing that changed was some censorship on the first episode of Railgun

Might seem like a lot of content but lots of post volume 14 content is just battles anyway, I'm thinking that even a 24 episode thing can manage, although anything higher then that (max point being 30) would be fine and dandy as well
Miki seems to be interested in hyping Kakine, so he might extend OT 15 a bit and strain the adaptation a little. But yeah they showed Russia, I think they're fully intending to go full steam in order to quickly reach NT
